Everything new, clean and comfortable. Next to downtown. The service was very good throughout the stay.

Jorge and Paula's accommodation is perfect for resting and being calm. The apartment itself is very modern, unlike other places that are a bit outdated. To get there, it's important to read the instructions because it's a bit off the main route, but with that indication, it's easy. From the route it is approximately 10 minutes by gravel road (in good condition) It's best to have a car since the distances to the supermarket or any place to eat would be too long to walk, but it's not a deal breaker. Lots of people hitchhike! The apartment is fully equipped for cooking. Very spacious spaces. The bathroom is complete and very comfortable. Everything is heated. The room is on the 1st floor, there is plenty of storage space and forest views on both sides. There are blackout curtains on all the windows. There is beach access - it's about a 500-meter walk. You can go by car too. Communication was very fluid and pleasant. Thanks for having us!

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is very new, impeccably clean and tidy. The kitchen is well-equipped and also has basic items such as coffee, oil and salt, which is a great touch. In the bathrooms there was also soap and shampoo, something very practical for short stays. Parking at the door is very convenient, and the location, a few blocks from downtown, is ideal for walking and touring the area. We'll definitely be back.

The place is very nice and modern. It has several stoves, which makes it very warm, and with nice views of the trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, we had coffee and tea for breakfast, as well as oil, sugar and spices. The bed is very comfortable and the en-suite bathroom avoids having to go down stairs at night to go. Recommended!

The place is beautiful, I felt right at home, which was important to stay longer during the bad weather. The wifi was very good, and the views were very nice. He looked very safe. The garage is also very comfortable and easy to park. The host was flexible and enabled us to check in about 3 hours early, which was super helpful for us. I would definitely come back, ideal for couples.

Our stay at Juan Martin's El Maiten 2 was exceptional. From the time of booking, communication was fast and clear. The apartment was spotless, clean and tidy. The equipment is top-notch and is as shown in the photos and as stated in the description. Located in a quiet area and a few blocks from Av. Arrayanes. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and repeat the experience.

It was a fantastic stay at Ari's place. He was available 24/7 to us. The surroundings of the complex are dreamed, ideal for relaxing in contact with nature and meters from Lake Moreno. I would come back and recommend! Thank you Ari

The house is beautiful, it's decorated like a magazine. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a garden with a deck and grill. Ines showed us around and invited us to go through her garden to see the lake from her deck (her house is across the street).

Gabriela's house is great Everything is new and thought out in detail so that the guest has everything they need. We like to cook a lot and we didn't miss anything. In addition, it has an industrial kitchen/oven that made everything easier. The decor of the house is very warm, with comfortable armchairs and beds. The lighting can go from bright to dim, so you can be calm at night. It has a modern TV with apps to watch movies/series. The weather wasn't very nice, but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, which is great. We were in it for hours because it was so great. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with a shower that is great and super practical to have next to the pool. Although the house is on Bustillo, you can't hear a soul outside inside the house. At that point it is quieter with less traffic, but it is still close to activities. A 5/10 minute walk to the lake in a very quiet and nice area. Don't hesitate

Great house and a great experience! Large private yard with a beautiful stream and rose bushes. Fantastic location, within walking distance of some great trails and the beach. Restaurants, pharmacy and a convenience store also nearby. Central heating, great showers, comfortable beds. The washing machine was a great amenity for us, as we did several hikes (we highly recommend El Dormilón and Cerro Centinela, as well as some easy ones like Rio Bonito, Laguna Verde and the forrest at the end of the road) and spent many afternoons on the beach. Some minor issues were quickly addressed and solved by the host. Very happy with our choice.

Comfortable and cozy cabin, very clean and tidy, good location, quiet place and close to Bariloche. The cabin has heating, which makes it very comfortable for cold days, in addition to being very nice. We hope to return!

Great stop over location out of town - stayed post 7 lakes road trip and before flying out of Bariloche. Close to lake & a few shops around. Clean & good value, would recommend.

Andrés' little cabin was such a cozy refuge for us! Despite being small the space feels really comfortable and spacious due to the smart interiors and cozy decorations. This bed right in front of the large lake-window is really something else - we almost didn't want to leave... many great hikes are really close to this place. We also loved the easy access to the lakefront, with a swing and amazing views. We are planning to come back! :)

Excellent stay with a beautiful view! Everything was super neat, tastefully decorated and they welcomed us with delicious homemade bread and jam! The owners were super attentive, they helped us right away when we had problems with the lock because we didn't know how to use it. We hope to be back sometime, we had an amazing week!
