Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Wonderfully presented, clean, spacious.

This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

Bobby was a great host! I’m super grateful for my experience with him. First of all, he allowed me to host a small sleepover for my son’s 12th bday. He was super accommodating when I needed to change the date due to rainy weather. When the original booking wasn’t available he had another beautiful home to offer me. I requested for him to come out to check the pool temperature and he came within a reasonable time. He was even more pleasant in person. The house was beautiful, stocked with toiletries, and had plenty towels and bedding. I requested a late check out and Bobby was so kind to offer it at no additional fee. He provides top notch service. I look forward to exploring some of his other properties. Thank you, Bobby!!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to do a Disney Trip! It was a 15 minute drive to/from the park. Home was clean, and pool was great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE 🤩 Alan’s home is THE HOME!!! If you have the opportunity to book here i would 10/10 recommend! 🌟🌟 Spacious, Clean, and don’t even get me started on the backyard amenities! Splash pad was such a beautiful bonus for us, fun for the little ones and the pool slide fun for the older folks ✨✨✨ I will definitely be booking again, Alan was so kind and flexible with accommodating us ♥️

Honestly it was great house very nice and it a great area. The roads are very narrow if you are taking a rather large truck. The house was a little dusty when we got there and the shower was clogged but The host sent a cleaner right away when she read the message. Overall i would stay here again Its nice and its quiet.

We've stayed at a few Airbnbs and this one is in our top 2. The home is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and livable in the best sense of these words. If ever we are in L.A. again we will be looking for this place for sure. Thanks Romi for all your help.

Great house!

Thank you, sweet Larissa, for hosting us! The house is a serene dream, submerged in luscious trees and nature. We loved every second of our stay in this home and are beyond grateful. The house is flooded with glorious morning and sunset light from all sides.

Nice and clean space, pool/hot tub could have been maintenance a little better but overall nice stay!

Jerry's house is in a wonderful location and very spacious. Everything was well-equipped and well-maintained, and our friends really loved staying there. Jerry was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If I visit the area again, I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

We stayed at Michael’s place because we were taking a family vacation to Universal Studios Hollywood. We found the location to be exactly what we needed. It was just a few minutes away from Universal Studios and on a very private location with breathtaking views! I had a lot of questions prior to booking Michael’s place and he was very responsive and eager to provide help. The communication factor alone made our stay very comfortable, not to mention how beautiful the house is, inside and out! The house is well-equipped with everything you’ll need and it’s centrally located. We also visited Santa Monica Beach while we stayed at Michael’s place and it was a comfortable drive there and back. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend Michael’s place to anyone looking to visit Universal Studios, the local area or simply wants to get away! Will definitely be back! We loved the house - it was exactly as pictured. The house was bright, welcoming and very kid friendly. They plenty of towels and everything you’d need to feel right at home. Loved that Whole Foods was so close. Sara was super responsive and communication was very easy with her. The house was perfect for our family - we would definitely stay here again when visiting LA!

My family enjoyed staying at Greg and Ast's place for 11 days. Very nice, clean and spacious. The house is very relaxing esp the pool. My children loves the pool and my doggies love playing at the big backyard. Location is very accessible and peaceful neighborhood. Ast is very nice and responsive. She always responds to my texts. I highly recommend this place and definitely will come back in the future.

We had such a fun weekend with my closest friends their home was excatly what we were looking for. Best part was that my dog was allowed to join us my dog also very much enjoyed it. View amazing, Pool amazing, everything was very clean. When we had questions they were very fast to respond all of our questions! For sure going to rebook in the future.

My guest and I enjoyed our one night stay here for my graduation and birthday! The space is beautiful and earthy, accommodating us well. Compacted neighborhood and you can hear the neighbors inside the home. Great amenities that would’ve been useful for a longer stay. I did feel as if the host could’ve been more hospitable, outside of check-in instructions as that was made easy. As a southerner, the messages came off very money centered; mentioning a fee for every little thing. I understand this is a business but you catch more bees with honey!

We stayed here while in town for a Dodger game. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had plenty of room. Conveniently located to a lot of great areas in LA.
