I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

I would like to start by saying we didn’t know the Airbnb wasn’t walkable but our host was amazing and helpful. We were willing to talk the hills to our Airbnb the night we arrived but Azilis was kind enough to pick us up. It wasn’t expected but we were incredibly grateful. I will know for next time! The place was secluded and perfect for what I was looking for. The outdoors merged with indoor, I felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

Fantastic place and location!

Lovely accommodations. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like a high end hotel. The linens were clean and beautiful. I really like nice white sheets on the bed. The view was great and it was quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

I have to say, my husband and I felt right at home. If you are seeking a modern, clean, high-end getaway for two, look no further! The view, the multiple beaches on the island, the ease of access to local restaurants, are all just fabulous! The island is very easy to navigate, in fact, you can literally walk 300ft down the beach and charter a 7 min boat ride over to Sandy Island- Highly recommend! The host Michel provides seamless communication -the villa was pristine and well stocked with so many amenities, they hosts left “no stone unturned” This location is ideal for short or long stays- Book now- don’t hesitate!!! "Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

My family and I have stayed at dozens of rental homes all over the world. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had. First things first, the house is CLEAN. So very clean and modern. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens and good quality pillows. The bathrooms are spa-like with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with great quality appliances and tools. The pool was crystal clear the entire week. The backyard is an absolute oasis. There are houses all around, but the backyard is so private. The owners did a wonderful job with trees and flowering bushes. You're just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach. The beach clubs, water sports and restaurants are excellent! My teen daughters loved the pool area, upstairs deck (with charming swing!) and beautiful beach to take all of their hundreds of photos! The best part of renting this house is the wonderful Laurette! She made us all feel like VIP guests! 10 Stars!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Marcus & Jocelyn’s place was extremely nice. The location is about 30 mins from the airport which allowed us to view more of the island. The place was extremely nice, quiet and the view is beautiful. Irene the host was very friendly and provided treats at check in. The home was stocked with plenty of refreshments which was very thoughtful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

awesome location, 3 steps to beach. corals nearby with great snorkeling place right behind the house. clean and convenient, close to all action, with dedicated parking and all amenities you would ever need.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!

Jays place is absolutely stunning!! Waking up to that view every day was amazing!! Beautiful beach is steps away and it feels very private, never got crowded. The place is well equipped with everything you need and more and the air conditioning is 10/10! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and everything was so clean. Communication was quick and easy for any questions you may have and the check in process was so smooth. This place is definitely one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in and will definitely be back when I return to Saint Martin !!

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here. The staff was warm and responsive to our needs and made the effort to ensure we were comfortable. They left personalized card on the day of our anniversary and complementary pastries and champagne for us to enjoy. Our room was a 2 minute walk from the pristine Meads Bay. There was also a nice selection of restaurants right along the beach. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at L’Aloe. The unit was immaculately clean, easily walkable to all of Gustavia’s restaurants, shops and harbor. Barbara, Anibal and Christine could not have been better hosts. We would love to return in the future.
