The location is stunning. The house is very nicely furnished, very nice for a family with children and a dog. Great conservatory, nice terrace, nice bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, but not an optimal length for people over 1.90 m. Another toilet would be nice. The surroundings are quiet, great for walks and nature lovers. Very friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Kristell's place is more of a family home!🏡 She put all her heart into the decoration and in the house because she wants you to feel good and it's been a success!👏 Everything is very well thought out , for kids and adults alike! It's a haven of peace with this bucolic garden and views of the horses when you're on the veranda... a real plus to have all the meals in a peaceful setting! A house in a quiet residential area, a few minutes walk from the Rives du Ter . The city of sailing is a 20 / 30 minute walk for the bravest otherwise a 10 minute drive. The description and photos of the house are very very representative!👌 Kristell is a charming , welcoming host and if she can is accommodating for check-in and check-out! We had a wonderful stay with the family; we will come back without hesitation even as a couple so everything was perfect! Thank you Kristell for everything!🤩

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached, 15-20 min for surfing in different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.

Koraline's property is even more beautiful and larger than in the photos. The house was spotless, we immediately felt comfortable. The covered pool was an absolute plus, especially for our children. I can recommend the property without reservation.

+ Clean, beautiful, well arranged and equipped accommodation, enjoyed a large area, 30 min walk to the beach. Top aquatic area. - lack of a pancake pan and cooking utensils to avoid missing the pans. Great stay, the whole family was happy. To be redone 😉

Fantastic location, amazing sea views. The weather wasn’t excellent so the indoor pool and jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The house is large and spacious with a fantastic living, kitchen and dining space.

Good place, good location. Not too far from Lorient while being quiet. The toilet and bathroom were clean with no complaints. Same for the kitchen and the living room. No in-person meeting with the host but friendly and the instructions were clear by message.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. A private parking space for the accommodation. Close to the NG site within walking distance. Well located for running to vary the routes. Eloise is very responsive in case of problems or requests 👍 I recommend it.

We had a great time at Erwan's place. The instructions were very clear and the apartment is conveniently located (quiet in the center of Lorient).

Very good stay, the accommodation is idyllic for a family with 2 or 3 children without stepping on each other's toes. Separate sleeping area from the living room. Quiet private garden, not overlooked. We did everything on foot from the property. Count a good 15 min walk with the children to reach the beaches. house in a quiet neighborhood where there is not too much traffic. I recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return to this listing for a future stay.
