Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is within walking distance immediately. The place is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. Have bikes? A cellar is available for you to store them for storage. At your request, we can make available a baby bed. You come by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

Our south-facing stone house in Groisillon will welcome you with all its comfort and large terrace. You will only have to go down the street to get to the small beach of Locmaria, a pretty village in the south of the island. You can reach the coastal trails on either side of the village for walks or hikes, go to the splendid beach of Grands Sables or enjoy the market and shops in the main village (10 minutes by bike).
