Marta is very kind and welcoming, even before we booked she responded promptly to messages, and showed flexibility when we asked for a favor with our pet. We found the house very clean and organized, we felt at home, the place is very quiet and close to the port of Itaguaçu, the kitchen is well equipped, set of coffee cups, tea, glasses, plates and cutlery for everyone, pots, we arrived very late and found sugar and coffee to make coffee early. We found a differential, because in most of them we don't even find salt. The pool was also clean, so we were able to enjoy it and cool off. The air-conditioning also worked very well. We appreciate your welcome and hospitality to our family. Thank you very much and we will definitely come back many more times.

Castro was always very kind, welcomed us very well and was always available to answer questions. Always responded super fast on WhatsApp. We got caught in unexpected traffic on the way and he was very understanding, waiting for us for hours to check in... The house is perfect! It has all the necessary utensils to spend a great weekend with the family. Everything is brand new, super well maintained, it's a pleasure to see! Congratulations on everything! Everything was wonderful! We will definitely return more often! In fact, for those who want to stay to visit Canção Nova, I highly recommend this house! We spent around 20 minutes from the house to Canção Nova, taking it easy and enjoying the road. Castro showed us another route that was a little longer than the one on Waze, but it was on paved roads the whole time!

Good morning, very large and spacious house. Everything was clean and with all utensils available. Kind, friendly and attentive host.

The house is wonderful, just staying in the house is a tour, especially for those who have children like me. But the icing on the cake is the hosts who are in contact all the time and do much more than what is proposed. There's ice water, popcorn, candy, napkins, coffee powder, sugar... things I never had in other places. The blankets are made of pleasant fabric, comfortable pillows, bathrobe in the master suite. Anyway, much better than the hotels in the area.

Solange is wonderful. Attentive, helpful, as well as Mr. Eduardo, her husband. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, close to the fair and the Sanctuary. We went to the Pilgrim's Space, we did the Rosary Way and we went to the Itaguaçu port, we did everything on foot. The house is very cozy, it felt like home. We are delighted with the place, we are sure we will return and we recommend it to everyone who needs it.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Rodrigo’s place. The house is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably arranged. The surroundings are serene and perfect for a family retreat or even a solo escape to recharge. My wife and I were delighted and very impressed not only with the incredible panoramic view, but also with the whimsy and dedication applied to every detail of the house! Everything was very well thought out! As for utensils and entertainment... Nothing is missing! Everything you need, even different ways to make coffee, is at your disposal. We enjoyed it as a quiet and relaxing moment as a couple, but for those who like to take more people, the house is spacious and prepared for up to 7 people! Best view of all!!! It exceeded our expectations! The only problem we had was not wanting to leave! The reception, attention and generosity of the hosts are details apart! You can see they're great people. We appreciate everything and can't wait to come back!!!

Flavio is an excellent host. His properties are beautiful and the location is like the shire from The Lord Of The Rings. I love staying there and will stay every time I am in the area.

Wonderful place, a true haven, ideal for those who want peace and quiet. We had an amazing time! The kids loved the nature walks, picked up pine nuts and enjoyed the heated pool very much. The glazed room where the fireplace is located is special, we observed many different birds, including a pair of toucans. The land is well fenced, so our dog could run loose around the place. A 10-star rating for the attention of the caretaker, very helpful and kind.

I want to start by writing that the accommodation is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Extremely clean, organized environment and for those who go, don't worry about household utensils, bed and bath linens. The house is extremely well-equipped, with everything, really everything. We were extremely shocked, it's really relaxing. From a coffee maker to make coffee, to a mixer to whip up a cake and enjoy the mountain view. The view of the place is a spectacle in itself, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi with the heated water and the fire pit, where we made s'mores in the fire... a delight on cold days. The owner of the house, Mr. Rogério, is uniquely friendly and kind, not to mention the caretaker, Anderson, who was helpful and attentive to all the questions we had about the house. It's really worth it. I recommend it for couples.

We liked it very much, spacious apartment, large and complete kitchen, 3 great bathrooms, excellent showers, very good beds. We felt at home, Maria is a caring host and always ready to help. I recommend it, when I return to Aparecida I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great, it was quite cold and the bedroom and bathroom floor heaters made a difference. Good mattresses and pillows and clean linens. I needed maintenance on the water flow and Tarcila responded promptly and solved the problem. It is a pleasant chalet, inside a condominium, which conveys a sense of security. You can let the pet loose on the lawn, as the space is well fenced.

the house is beautiful, super cozy. very good bed and bath linens. very comfortable beds. for those looking for a connection with nature, to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is the perfect accommodation. very kind and helpful hosts. if there is one point of improvement: the entrance to the dirt road needs "an adjustment". we believe that on days of heavy rain, access will be difficult, depending on the vehicle.
