The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

The 1930s villa is located directly on the beautiful Münzbach and offers a view of the vineyards of Bacharach. Apartment 1 is on the raised ground floor. The apartment welcomes you with its unique style of the thirties: high ceilings, stucco elements and a beautiful wooden floor. In addition, modern and contemporary furnishings await you. The center of Bacharach is within minutes walking distance.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. In principle, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with, for example, a washer/dryer, SodaStream, internet-enabled TV, WiFi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)
