Waterfront vacation rentals in Lorain

Great Views of the water, very peaceful, main area was fantastic would be a fantastic youthful couples spot. Only negative for me was the pictures were confusing looked to be a bedroom on the main floor but both are downstairs which makes it not great youth or toddler possibly elderly location do to the stairs. If you didn’t have to use the stairs it would be a A+ and the stairs wouldn’t be a matter.

This is the best location you can find if you’re looking to have a water view, be centrally located to food, bevs, shopping and events. We came to town for a concert at Jacobs Pavillon. We strolled across the street to eat. Caught an Uber because of rain or we would have walked to the venue, we were there in 5 mins. The property is perfect, clean, comfy and the hosts are great. We want to buy this unit we loved it so much.

The cottage was so much better than the description would indicate. Wonderful neighborhood and private beach. Jaime was always responsive and helpful and the area was lovely. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the area! *****

I was in town for a wedding at Music Box Supper Club and this location was actually perfect. You could walk to restaurants, a market, most of the main tourist attractions. The space is comfortable and perfect for a quick stay. Donald was in to get a hold of for check in. I'd recommend this space for sure.

They made my experience so extremely special! I was traveling with kids and it was my son's birthday and they had a cake and a gift and snacks - you name it! They truly made me feel like family. The place was clean and in a great location from downtown. I highly recommend this place; you definitely will not regret it. If I'm ever in Cleveland again, this will be my home away from home.

Kelly's lakefront apartment has a wonderful lake view from both the living area and the bedroom, and a perfect spot to sit and drink coffee or eat a meal while looking out over it. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of space to cook in. There is a nice little back deck off of the kitchen door with chairs. It was quiet, clean, and private--just what we needed at the beginning and end of several hectic days of family at graduation. Kelly was so pleasant and friendly, and can give you all kinds of local recommendations. We hope very much to stay here again! Absolutely recommend.

Our experience was fantastic! From the time I booked the reservation to the time we checked out, Anthony was responsive, helpful, and positive. As an example, we had trouble with the door lock (our fault!) and contacted the host. Within minutes, we had text messages and a follow up phone call to make sure we got in OK. As for the location, there are great views of the lake and the river, and the walkability to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame and Huntington Field was super convenient. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need to drive anywhere for our entire stay. We’re already talking about our next visit. It was a great experience, thanks for everything! Cheers, John

The house was very clean and comfortable, it felt like our house. Bathrooms, Kitchen, stovetop and fridge was super clean. Overall everything was perfect! Location is great and relaxing! Neighborhood is quiet!!

Stayed at Adam and Alicia's place for my son's graduation. It is relatively close to Case Western campus (20-25 min drive), but - unlike the area around CWRU - is very quiet and relaxing. We were out a lot during the day for various graduation festivities, but it was a nice spot for our family to come back to in the evening, cook dinner, and hang out. Even though it was rather windy, we we still made a point of getting outside to sit on the patio or stroll around and watch the lake - birds, boats, and a very nice sunset. The hosts were very responsive; we had a problem in the beginning (no towels), but it got fixed very quickly after contacting the hosts.

Please don't hesitate to book Diana's place if you have the opportunity! It is a lovely, comfortable home with great architectural details to admire and a nice sun porch and fenced in backyard. It is also a few minutes walk from a beautiful Lake Erie beach and the nearby park had a rose garden which was spectacular. Highly recommend!!

This home had an amazing location. There were 4 of us with 4 dogs so already the pet accommodation was better than everywhere else nearby. Lake Erie was less than a mile walk away so we were able to walk the dogs and get some energy out while simultaneously enjoying the views and getting some great photos! The Haunted House Restaurant is only 20 minutes away and was delicious and a great experience! Finally the next morning we walked to a diner across the street for breakfast which was fantastic! Holly had plenty of board games available, candy treats, and dog treats. She communicated very well and was very polite. Overall, if you want to check out Lake Erie and the local shops and restaurants, then this property should be a serious consideration!

We stayed at Lorrie's house for the weekend of our child's graduation from Oberlin College. Lorrie was so responsive and flexible when I asked for an earlier check-in and whether we could host a small gathering of our college student's friends one evening. The house was perfect for the 7 adults we had in our party and could have easily accommodated more! There are many indoor spaces for mingling and relaxing, the kitchen is very well appointed and the bedrooms are so comfortable. Our weather was divine, so we were really able to utilize and enjoy the amazing backyard with it's wonderful seating areas and awesome Lake Erie vista. We had a meal outside and enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit. There were many extra chairs and tables conveniently located in the garage for our outdoor fun. We made many trips to and from Oberlin, but the house set up made us feel like we were really on vacation. Thank you for your hospitality Lorrie and we would highly recommend a stay in your lovely home!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb and it was better than I could imagine. Deedee’s home was cozy and eclectic, my bed was so comfy, and it was super clean. Everyone had plenty of space for themselves. The roof deck was wonderful with all the birds chirping and the view of Lake Eerie. Thank you , Deedee, for being a fantastic host and letting us enjoy your lovely home!

Everything about the property was beautiful. Comfortable beds. Welcoming living room. Amazing dining room view! Having lakeside access was so amazing and memorable. Peaceful sunrises with a cup of coffee. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful and understanding, especially when reaching out quickly before we left town that we had left behind some items. They arranged it so we could retrieve it quickly. Would definitely stay again

Jonathan was a great host. He kept in touch and was quick to respond. This location is near plenty of attractions and very walkable to the Flats, Rock & Roll HOF, and all the sports stadiums. Awesome rooftop patio and very cozy. We highly recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. There was so much space and it felt like home. Everything was clean and it was very well stocked with things you may have forgotten. The showers were small but we made it work. The beds were pretty comfortable, it was nice having a separate Master bedroom. It was close to Cedar Point and other attrcations, easy to get to. Overall really nice place to stay!

Suriya was a wonderful host. She made sure that the house was in great condition and works very hard to keep it that way. She made an effort consistently to make sure that I had everything that I needed. She made accommodations for me when things in the house were not available, and she went above and beyond to leave nice little surprises throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic area. My summer up in Cleveland would not have been as good if I was not staying here.

Great place but parking is definitely an issue. If you’re a single person, I totally recommended. If you have anybody else with you or young kids, I would choose another place.

This is a great location! We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the ducks, fish boats, and even got up early to watch an amazing sunrise. The location is an easy walk to restaurants. From the parking lot you would have no idea it has so much space inside. There were 4 of us. This condo had beautiful updated decor. We can't wait to come back.

The condo was great! Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing . Mike was very responsive, even though we didn't need much extra help. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!
