In our renovated garage, you will feel like you are in a tiny house with every comfort. The spacious kitchen has various appliances. On the ground floor, there is a lovely sofa bed. Read the description carefully: On the loft, there is a double bed (140×200). Please note! The loft is very low and not suitable for less mobile people! For 1 to 3/4 people (2 adults, 2 children), 4 adults it is too small for, but is possible if you know each other well. Downstairs 17 m2, loft 9 m2. Small but nice 💐

It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
