Experience the real life of Lille: the house-apartment welcomes you, near Parc Lebas, the trendy neighborhood in Lille (with its bars and restaurants). It's all about walking. You have all the space exclusively (80m2). The house is comfortable, cozy and quiet with a flowery courtyard, fireplace, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and cinema (Netflix, Canal +, etc.).
