Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. The beach & boardwalk are steps from the unit. Less than a 5 minute walk! Comfortable space for a family of four or a couple looking for a weekend getaway! Would not recommend for more than two adults. A/C wall unit located in the bedroom. Please leave door open during the day for maximum airflow throughout the unit.
