Please mind: This is a private home, it is not shared. :) Remodeled mother-in-law's house in the country beautiful area 20 acres to walk on. Restaurant and bar within walking distance less than 1 mile, great food and nice people. Lots of wildlife whether you like to fish,hunt, hike, or just sit back and take in the nature; Right on the snowmobile trails! I will also set up for special occasions w/ decorations or whatever you'd suggest; Birthdays, Valentine's, you name it! Great WiFi connection.

Beautiful, cozy cottage located on owner's property. Surrounded by lakes (however not on one), world-class golf, towering pine trees and amazing restaurants and shopping. You will have the cottage to yourself. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed, also a full bath. The living room sofa pulls out to sleep two more. We are walking distance to Pequot Lakes, and just a 10 minute drive to Breezy Point or Nisswa for an amazing shopping experience. We welcome friendly, fully vetted dogs.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Great place, beautiful spot. Unfortunately it was pretty bad weather but there were many games provided that made the trip very enjoyable. Adam was very helpful and friendly. Most items were provided which was great, very homey atmosphere. Overall amazing stay!

Location! Location! Location! Open skies and beautiful sunrises and a short drive to Brainerd International Raceway. There are a host of activities in close proximity. Plenty of resource availability including grocery stores and water activity shops. We had a wonderful stay while enjoying swimming and floating when not at the motorcycle race. The lake provided just the right amount of wildlife and activity. The cabin included games, puzzles, movies and books. We finished our stay with hobo dinners and s’mores over the campfire. If you are looking for a lake experience away from the city I would recommend. The cabin does include reliable WiFi.

We are from Ohio and were in Brainerd for our son's wedding. The home was clean, welcoming, and had all of the amenities described and more. The lake was beautiful, neighbors were friendly, fishing from the dock was great, roasted hotdogs and marshmallows at the campfire, and the house was full of extras that made the stay easier and more convenient. Thank you, Hannah, for make this special week for our family even better.
