Family-friendly vacation rentals in Long Beach

The place was perfect for our anniversary trip. Having the fenced front yard for our dog to roam in was awesome. The place was clean and cozy and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and towels and that sort of stuff. When we first got there the hot tub wasn’t working, and Eric talked to me on the phone at 8:30 PM to help me figure out the issue and that was awesome. It was pretty late in the evening, but he still was willing and available to help us out. Overall it’s just a great place in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach and close enough to downtown that it’s no trouble to go get some delicious food. It’s also just a 15-20 minute drive to cannon beach so it was easy for us to pop over there and do some fun activities and eat more great food. 5 star stay!

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. My friends and I had a wonderful stay! Roy was helpful when communicating before our trip, checked in to make sure we were all set upon arrival, and was thoughtful enough to run one of our left behind items down to us on the beach (we had to get one last beach walk in). We created beautiful memories and look forward to our next stay. We were all happy to be able to see the waves the home, and took advantage of being able to walk to the beach. The hot tub was such a nice way to unwind. The beds were all comfortable, and we had all the needed amenities for a cozy stay. Thank you for sharing your special home with us, Roy!

Lovely and spacious home filled with fantastic amenities perfect for two families (grand parents, kids, and a baby). The kitchen was nicely stocked and the living room was a great hang out place. About 5 minutes to a park and walk (about 60 seconds) beach or a drive on beach with AWD/4WD. Westport 15 minutes away with stores, shops, and restaurants, but loved the "country living" feel. Can't wait to go back again.

Great place for a weekend beach getaway!

We had a pluming issue during our stay. It was a minor inconvenience for our kids but didn't affect my wife and me. :-) Having said that, Malia (and Arnie) were very prompt in their communications and extremely courteous. They contacted the owner and we received partial refund for the inconvenience. We ended up also receiving a GREAT prime rib dinner from Ruby's. We played games on the lawn in the back and used the fire pit. (great way to recycle!) Walked the beach every day. Very nice and friendly community. We visited several sites on historical interests also. Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The community beach nearby is perfect for a sunset, and the hot tub was lovely! The listing is right by the golf course but privacy was not an issue

The house is AMAZING! We loved the location, the surroundings, and the breath taking views! The layout of the house was nice, perfect amount of space & very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the hot tub! Thank you for a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning!

What a beautiful, thoughtful home, lovingly curated by Ron and Shannon. Their kitchen and bathrooms were all generously stocked with amenities, their garage is full of games, their library is full of books. We felt entirely pampered, and it is clear that this house is very much a peaceful refuge, as well a spot to stay and enjoy yourselves! We were very comfortable with our dog and our child. We cannot recommend highly enough!

Had our last weekend of 3 weekends at this place. I definitely plan on booking it in the future! such a great place!

We just returned from our 2nd stay at Susan & Kevin’s beach cabin. My family of 3 adult kids & 3 fur babies love staying here! The bedrooms are in 2 different sections with bathrooms. There is a beautiful private path to the beach in the backyard that leads to sandy Grayland beach. Our dogs love it& so do we. We stayed 5 days & only one day did we see other people on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking & we used the bbq. We always have brunch at the Wandering Goose & fish from Brady’s or Merinos. Susan is a generous & gracious host who let us extend our check out time so I could have more birthday beach time! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

There are a lot of great things to say about this cozy home. The best part is the proximity to the beach. Furthermore, the part of the beach we accessed easily from the home was further away from the more touristy access point, without sacrificing an amazing view of Haystack Rock. It was relaxing with all the comforts we needed. The gas fireplace made the living room so cozy, especially after coming back from watching the sunset on the beach. We were minutes away from the restaurants and shopping yet far enough away to have very peaceful evenings. I would definitely book this again!

A great place to stay for a good price, just far enough from the center of the town to be quiet but close enough to walk to all amenities, and with the beach right across the street, everything's close by. The place was clean and well-appointed, the beds were comfortable, and communication was quick and clear. Easy check in and out helped make this a breezy summer getaway from the city, and the delightful basket of welcome goodies for my pup made this a place to remember!

loved the theme pirate stay. loved the shower, fireplace, and beds. would be nice to have a brita in the fridge tho!

Great location and walking to beach, shops, restaurants. Spacious and clean. Host was very responsive when our door code didn’t work. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Resort was great, staff was friendly, enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and especially loved strolling along the beach and getting our feet wet in the Pacific Ocean. Regarding the unit itself, comfy bed, plenty of cookware, nice breeze and sunset from the patio. Would stay again, thank you.

Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Great amazing location! Right in the middle of all the fun. Place was gorgeous, clean, well stocked. Free was quick to respond to all my questions.

Place was exactly as described. Easy to get in, slight user error working the lockbox, but once I actually read the instructions we were in right away! There is some construction right now at a nearby building, which I think was mentioned, but it was fine and didn’t really affect anything. Easy beach access and great walking trail nearby. Exactly what we were looking for!

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

Beautiful home my family enjoyed. It’s very peaceful and close to most amenities. We didn’t have to drive anywhere which was really nice even in the Winter. Would recommend to anyone coming to Seabrook.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.
