The house gives you that holiday feeling, waking up to sea and mountain views every day. We are in a very quiet neighbourhood, outside the city centre, but close enough to go into the city through public transport. Our power is always on - we have back up power. The house is walking distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants. It's close to the Hout Bay Harbour Market. The Constantia Wine Route is nearby. We will not be on the property, but in the area and available for any of your queries.

Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool. One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

Located in quiet residential area. Luxurious, spacious and very comfy. Open plan house with 6 bedrooms. 5 mins walk to the lake nearby, enjoy bird watching, fishing or jogging. Beach is about 15mins walk away. My Citi bus public transport close by. Great base to explore Cape Town. Battery and inverter been installed to cover the load shedding. Can support lights, TV and wifi, but won't support appliances that will use lots of electricity such as microwave oven, hairdryer, oven, etc.
