Super house and surroundings. The villa significantly exceeded our expectations. It was even better than we could dream of. The owner is the most hospitable person we have ever met, always there to help and give good advice. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a pleasant holiday. After ten days there we want more and we will definitely be back!

The place is very nice and wonderfully equipped. (BBQ, wine glasses, etc.) Everything you need to have a cozy evening. The nearest houses are a few meters away, so you can also sit outside until late and play cards or talk. ́You also have a view of the mountains from the terrace and you can see the sunrise. There are also nice visitors, in the morning the donkey of the village came to visit and in the evening the neighboring cats cuddled to us. There is a very nice restaurant with very hospitable staff (attention best to have cash with you) within walking distance. But for other activities (except hiking of course) you should plan a car. Anett was always easily accessible and thanks to her tips and directions, we had no problems with arrival or departure. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended. Kind regards, P&L

The place is really right on the beach. You can see the sea from the windows. Sander is very helpful and nice. He was very kind to our girls, they had a lot of fun with him. His sister rocked our daughter when Sander mowed the lawn. We had a great time!

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Great stay at Branko’s - I was sceptical of the location at first, and Dobra Voda would not have been my first choice, but the house is slightly outside/high up, super tranquil, with a beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect. Branko also took us on his boat for half a day, seeing as the surrounding public beaches are so crowded- we went to secluded little beaches only accessible by boat. Thank you again for a great stay!

It was an amazing experience. Almost every room has a toilet and shower (only one room doesn’t, but there is another bathroom next to it specifically for that room). During the summer, it is very comfortable because every room has air conditioning. I visited with my family, and it felt very private. The host(Mentor) was very responsive and open to providing whatever we needed.

after 5 nights exploring Albania by 4x4 and mainly camping, we were after a bit of luxury on our final night. I found Ronaldo's property and it looked lovely and exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was simple and flexible, with really good communication from Lola. We were shown round the property and left to our night. We made use of one of the local restaurants and had the best night's sleep of the week. A really lovely end to a really great week in Albania and we all agreed we would stay here again.

Milan as a host deserves an excellent high rating!!! They were quick to answer any questions, they helped us with everything from check-in to checkout, and provided helpful advice. The panorama and cleanliness of the accommodation were impeccable, the amenities of the accommodation were flawless, we had a great time. What is not the fault of Milan, but the country has a lot of garbage along the roads, the transportation is deplorable, there is something to improve very much. Due to the electricity and water supply, the amenities were not usable, but you can easily overcome this, we managed it, so don't discourage anyone. I think renting a car is essential for the accommodation, Milan's friend is reliable, fair, and provides a car at a good price! Ducted water is not recommended, you can buy water everywhere at a good price, even for tea, kv, soup!!! The neighborhood is rich in beautiful attractions, only transportation is deplorable, so you need to be prepared.

If anything, it wasn’t done justice in the photos and description, it far exceeded my expectations. Lovely place, perfect location with lots to do, very helpful owner. Couldn’t recommend it more. I will be coming to this location more often.

We had a great stay at Elma’s flat. We could easily walk into the centre of Ulcinj in the evenings and drove out to Velika Plaza for kitesurfing during the day. The views from the balcony were awesome! Flat was clean and Elma was very helpful during the stay. We had a great time and would come again!

We spent our family vacation here (3 generations, 2 kids aged 5 and 7) and loved it. The complex impresses with its beautiful design and diverse possibilities - above all, everything was accessible by the shortest way and corresponded to the information in all areas. We were able to enjoy and relax here in peace. At the same time, restaurants, beaches and shops outside can be easily reached on foot. The large terrace of the apartment is beautifully green, had a pleasant climate even at high outside temperatures and above all a beautiful view of the sea. What made our vacation here special was the people who work here. They met us with so much warmth, kindness and helpfulness - a really great team!! Breakfast and dinner on the terrace were not only prepared with fresh ingredients, plentiful and delicious, but also very inexpensive! We will be back!!

Albert and his father are very friendly hosts. They helped us with everything we needed. The home is great. Great location, shops are close (up to 5 min walk), beaches also 5-10min by car. It's especially good that the place has a pool. Either way, all the recommendations.

Great apartment, very clean. They really thought of everything (e.g. plenty of room for drying clothes/towels after the beach, fully stocked kitchen, big closets for clothes...). Seka was a wonderful host, available for any questions we might have and very responsive! It's great that they have a parking spot, it's right in front of the apartment, we drive a station wagon car and it could fit, however, I am not sure if a bigger car/SUV could fit easily. All in all a great place that we hope to visit again one day and would definitely recommend to anyone.

A beautiful place located in a total wilderness. A very difficult road to take (which the owners inform in detail) but it is worth it! A beautiful, charming place, guaranteeing peace and true isolation from the world. We arrived at night, having contacted the owner earlier that we had problems with the Internet. At the top of the mountain, an elderly gentleman (the father of the owners) was waiting for us, waving a flashlight so that we would know where to go. He helped us take our things, showed us the apartment and was extremely helpful with everything. Waiting for us was a heated jacuzzi ready to use :) we will always remember these two nights we spent there.

Beautiful cabin with a great view. Spotlessly clean with everything you need! A few restaurants and a market shop within 10 minute walk.

The views were stunning, Zaim who was working in the cafe made us dinner and breakfast, all provided on time and nicely presented. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. All important for cyclists. Bed was comfortable.

We are delighted with the house away but 3 km from virpazar. Very quiet and perfectly equipped. Milo and his wife have were always good advice, thanks to them we dined in a very good restaurant on the water and could make a boat trip on the lake with confidence. I was with my Partner for 4 nights at the small house. We had a wonderful time, sourrounded by nature, silence and peace. If we had a question about the house or other issues Pustolov replied quickly and really detailed. All in all we are highly satisfied with the time at Ada Bojana! Deeply warm thanks to Pustolov!
