Set in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest the Arthur Lakes Log Cabin is both easy to get to and relatively secluded. Nestled in a small valley, this quaint cabin is a perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1890, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. Custom built, hand hewn log cabin. Completed late September of 2018, everything about this home was completely personalized. Nestled on an 11 acre pecan orchard, the cabin offers the best of both worlds with that country cabin feel while at the same time being only minutes away from the commerce of US Hwy 27. 5 minutes to the Fishing Creek Boat Ramp and 8 minutes to Lee's Ford Marina. Our family had a wonderful time building this cabin and we hope you will come and enjoy it over and over again!

We're only 5 miles from Cumberland falls and the famous moonbow, Nearby waterfalls and trails, The Polar express at BSF senic railway. There's an adventure in every direction!!

Whether you prefer to hike, fish, ride sxs, or just enjoy scenery, we have it all. 3 min from Pine Mtn State Park and Wasioto Winds Golf Course, 7 min to downtown Pineville, 20 min to Cumberland Gap National Park. Kingdom Come State Park and Cumberland Falls are an hour drive. Load up your sxs or atv and ride one of the many trails right from the driveway! Black Mountain Off Road Park and Tackett Creek are also about an hour away.

The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

The Cabin at Fox Hollow Haven

Located only 1 mile from Manchester and half a mile from the Federal Correction Institution, the Cabin is in a rural setting yet close to everything. PLEASE NOTE: The Cabin is adjacent to a KY State Highway Garage and there’s no guarantee you won’t hear some heavy equipment noise sometimes. WiFi is 100 mbps. The Mennonite Bakery is less than a mile down the road and the swinging bridges and river are also nearby. Hiking, biking, walking and four-wheeling are all within an easy drive.
