The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner ensured everything was perfect, and the caretaker cooked a delicious dinner for us. I’ll highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The atmosphere was serene and the food was simple yet satisfying. I especially loved the spacious living/activity area with its elegant wooden flooring. Atul's place exudes an unpretentious charm, making it a perfect escape. I would gladly return for another peaceful stay.

Great place

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the Sky Farm. The rooms were neatly kept and cozy. Lots of place within their compound for a lazy walk in the evening. It's lush green all over and just besides the river. Ram took care of our every need and prepared food to our liking. Over all good experience and would recommend others to look at this place for a weekend stay.

UniquePath estate spread over 4 acres of natural beauty is pretty Unique in its offering. This one is like your own little private hillstation with outstanding views of Hadshi lake, Tikona and the mountains behind. We woke up to sweet chirpy voices of birds ( which are plenty in variety and a good exercise to id them all for birdies ) and warm sunlight. The breeze at midday and atmosphere due to abundant trees around was very calm and serene. Had a good nap after delicious home made lunch on one of the rural cots ( baaz ) outside. We stayed in a room inside the bunglow but next time we are coming back for the tent experience. Awesome place with humble hosts that one has ought to try, forget about Lonavala folks...try UniquePath for a relaxed, rural experience. We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Amazing stay in the nature’s lap. The hospitality is amazing and the cook makes great food. We did not go out because the house itself was so unique and amazing. We did not have Wi-Fi as mentioned in the listing but cellular network worked well. The house is self sustaining and an amazing experience in itself

I stayed at the house during an extended weekend with three other friends. The house is located in the village chanere. It is situated away from the crowd and surrounded by mountains. The place has a rustic charm and is ideal for people who want to spend quality time away from the crowd of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet place. There are a couple of dogs, a bunch of chicken and ducks as well on the farm which adds to the overall vibe of the place. Coming to the place itself, it consists of a main structure with a living area and a bedroom area. Additionally there is another glass house from where you can see the stars when you sleep at night. We came here for rest and relaxation and it was a perfect place for the same. The evenings very special as we sat under the moonlit sky and enjoyed our beers with nothingness all around. I have to say the housekeeper ramesh was very helpful. Althoucould have cooked ourselves, he made some amazing chicken on both days of our stay. Overall we had a great time and me back.

Very well maintained property for a quick getaway from the city. Amenities were up to the mark. Bathroom is also well equipped taking into consideration the requirements of senior citizens as well. Summers could be a bit problematic as afternoons get way too hot. Overall ventilation & cooler helps with the excessive heat. But it’s a definite yes in the monsoons. I’ll definitely plan up a visit in the rains for sure.

The property is beautifully maintained, with plenty of open space for our furry friend to run around and explore. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Our stay was pleasant. Property is absolutely serene and peaceful. Food arrangements are also really good. They serve locally cooked simple and tasty food in good quantity. Place was clean and tidy. Host was friendly and responsive too. Kitchen has all appliances and crockery one needs to cook. Would love to come here again :)

This place was no less than magic. It’s a perfect getaway from the city’s hustle bustle and transports you into the world of tranquility. I personally feel refreshed but secretly hope I could extend my stay by a day or two because it was just the place I hoped to go with my son who’s all of 6. He’s a nature lover and this place did justice in all its glory. Next time we’d like to stay longer and make memories like we did now. Special mention to the sweet host Deepika who was so good at coordinating and attentive to all my needs since I was travelling with a child. I looked for safety & comfort in terms of food and she helped us through it all effortlessly. Thank you so much once again Deepika :)

Ballu and Ruby were extremely helpful from the start. They even helped me plan a proposal for my partner, at a lakeside point near the Airbnb. They went over and above to ensure everything worked out as planned. The Airbnb is as shown in the pictures.. beautiful, secluded from the hustle bustle, and very peaceful. The food prepared by their team of caretakers was exceptional. The whole team was extremely warm and welcoming.. My friends and I had a wonderful experience here, and we would 10/10 recommend..!

I had been there twice, recently visited for a day out with my wife; and it was a good experience overall! The resort was beautifully maintained, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The check-in was seamless, and the care taker was very responsive and accommodating. The resort’s pool and garden were the highlights, perfect for relaxation, and the on-site dining option was nice. The location was ideal and quiet enough for a restful stay. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb stay for anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!

A great villa for a small group of friends to party and really spend time outdoors in a private setup. The highlights are the powerful portable sound boombox and the privacy offered all night, especially in the pool, which, btw, is open all night to play in. Great food, too. all in all, an awesome 2bhk villa stay at a good location.

we had booked the place for a bachelorette party and it was worth it.. food was amazing and not to worry about hygiene.. also the caretaker is very cooperative.. it's a beautiful location outside the city chaos.. quite refreshing.. thanks a lot.. we had a great time.. :)

Had the best time with my family. We had a very peaceful stay while eating farm fresh food and breathing clean, crisp air. The sustainability that the hosts have maintained makes you realise how simple can things be. They have very minimal yet beautiful furnitures, a cute little kitty and the boss dog, K. The hosts are so so warm, it felt just like home! The food, the hospitality, the love, it's all so natural, my mother didn't want to leave the place! All in all, best place to spend with family or to just relax!

One of the best family stays i have been to.

The MGF is genuinely a farm stay with everything very thoughtfully planned and made. It’s clean and serene. The food is awesome and caters to even kids as per requirements. The common area is just like a shack with all facilities for chill time - music , games and just the correct vibe ! Mukul is super friendly and we enjoyed the stay!

The place was amazing and peaceful surrounded with lush green trees. It was really worth the money. Only things to point out is that the road was remote so that was bit of discomfort. Secondly, I guess AC needs to be fitted in Common area too, that would just make it perfect. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and it was perfect weekend Getaway. Nimit was very accommodative with our requests and Ganesh, the care taker was super amazing and just a call away in case any help was required. Amazing experience in short and must visit.
