Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

Fantastic stay , the balcony was where we spent most of our time looking at the view ,the upstairs roof with its kitchen and sun loungers was fantastic. A walk across to the Spa supermarket was so convenient. Restaurants a few minutes walk. We had a car and the apartment had a parking space which was very useful. This is a gorgeous apartment and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again Many thanks for a lovely week

Absolutely prime location in the centre of mogan with many good quality restaurants nearby and two supermarkets within easy walking distance .The apartment is spacious clean and very well stocked if you are going to be doing self catering. For me the large balcony/patio area was brilliant .We had many of our breakfast and lunches over looking the sea .The bedrooms where spacious and had comfortable beds probably geared to people who enjoy a firmer mattress. There is no air-conditioning in both bedrooms but a ceiling fan is insitu. There is sun on the balcony from early morning till the sun sets ...You see some wonderful sunsets too from your balcony .Even though you are in the centre the apartment is very quiet and you are below a pedestrianised walk way .There is a lift in the apartment block and a wonderful sun terrace where you could see some wonderful sunsets ...Raul thank you for organising a very efficient taxi service to and from the airport. Would love to come back in 2025

Apt 1B with ocean and marina views of Puerto Mogán

What a fantastic place to stay! We love Puerto Mogan anyway, but to have this apartment right on the doorstep was an absolute bonus. The view was amazing and the apartment was far better than what TUI can give you, and for a better price. Miguel (son of Rosa) was there if help was needed (as he manages the apartment) and everything that was in the description of the apartment was exactly as it should be. "Stairway to Heaven" comes to mind as the apartment is high up and there are many steps to navigate, but in the end it is so worth it. So, if you do have a problem with mobility look elsewhere as there is no other way up except for the steps. One other bonus which would never happen with TUI was that even though the check out time was 1100, for an extra €30 we could stay until it was time to get in the car and head for the airport. In our case it was 1700. We had a fantastic time at the apartment and would gladly book again in the future. Thank you Rosa and Miguel.

Really relaxing stay in the heart of beautiful Puerto Mogan. Great apartment with a fantastic roof terrace which was perfect for a chilled out holiday! So close to a big selection of bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beach too!

Great apartment right in the centre and near the beach, location couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean with plenty of linen and towels. Paco organised transfers too and check in was very smooth, return flight was in the evening and we were given the use of a lock up room near the beach for our luggage after check out which was a real bonus.
