The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The car goes up to the door of the house. Close to the beach, airport, and mall.

It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

We had a great week at Nieves's place. She was a very good host and always easily accessible. The house is a bit remote, but you have everything you need there! And great neighbors, with donkey, peacocks and dogs 😊

Sweet Home "Villa Alpispa"

We stayed in Amalia’s apartment for just under a week over New Year’s. This is a lovely place to stay, we were four people and found it comfortable and peaceful (except New Year’s Eve which was understandably noisy!). The views across the roofs of Aguimes towards the church towers are glorious to wake to and the terrace is a nice space to enjoy afternoon sun (in Dec/Jan) and listen to the sounds of the town. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was helpful to be in town with a few shops, including a sweet little health food/complementary therapies centre, just round the corner. There are also two well-stocked supermarkets 5mins away in Ingenio. Aguimes is charming to explore and you can either drive up the mountain for hiking or down to the beach for swimming. Amalia was very helpful with our questions and couple of requests which we really appreciated.

Gustavo is a great host. He is always very attentive and willing to help and be flexible. Regarding the house, it was spotless, it is literally a place to live. I loved it and the detail of the terrace is amazing and you fall in love with it. We will definitely be back. We totally recommend it.
