Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.
