The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). My partner and I went there, Corinne was a great host. Beautiful place, wonderful surroundings. The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious. Small flaw but not essential, the night is a little hot, but otherwise everything is super top. We will definitely be back. Corinne is very flexible and available to all your needs.

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

Words can not describe how incredible this place was. The photos do not do the villa justice of how incredible the view was. Michela was a fantastic host who met us and showed up around the villa. It has more appliances than an electrical, and has everything you need. If you can make time to stay here I would highly recommend it. A true authentic Italian getaway at Lake Como. Wow, wow, wow!!

Piera’s home was absolutely perfect for our family. I was travelling with my adult children and grandchildren and the space allowed for plenty of privacy, plus room to spend time together. The view is amazing - and we loved to watch the ferries go by each day. The lawn area was perfect for the children to play. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy the restaurants and the port of Portese. We didn’t realise, until the last day, that we were actually beside the camp ground, where there is a large pool and small grocery store. This could be handy for families. We visited many other areas of the lake via ferries, which can be caught from the port of Portese. It was so nice to come home to the quiet privacy of the villa, after a day in the busy towns! Overall, I can’t recommend the villa more highly. It was perfect for our family. Piera is a gracious, friendly, welcoming host and such a lovely person. She made us feel so welcomed into her home. Thank you so much Piera!

The house is quiet and yet in the village – secluded, but not lonely. The entrance is via a small path, about 250 meters downhill, at the end a fantastic view of Lake Iseo awaits you. The view is spectacular and every morning shows up in new light. The rooms offer a lot of privacy; two have en-suite bathrooms, two share one. Ideal for relaxing days with friends or family. Directions note: Parking is upstairs. The narrow access to the house is not suitable for larger cars. Host Eric is happy to help with luggage transportation with a small car. The daily path to the parking lot – a nice little fitness moment. A wonderful place to unplug – with very warm hosts.

The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.

The Baita dell'Est is much more than just a place to stay – it is a place full of tranquility, magic and loving details. The cabin is fantastically located, stylishly furnished and offers a real experience with the hot tub and the view. We came for the 5th anniversary – and got much more than just a nice place to stay. We've collected memories that will last. What made this stay so special was Nicola. His cordiality, reliability and tips complemented everything perfectly. You can tell right away: there's a real heart in it. We can especially recommend a breakfast in the Pasticceria Mastai in Chiavenna - heavenly! The surroundings also invite you to explore – nature, small alleys, good food. Thank you, Nicola, for this place, for your warmth and for letting us experience all this. We will be back. Absolutely. When you drive up to the cottage you find yourself making your way through a slightly spooky forrest road, initially you wonder where you're going and if you'll drive off the end of the earth! But after a few minutes you arrive at the cottage and it is simply magical. The garden is fantastic, the cottage itself looks like a beautiful hobbit hole and the view is absolutely breath taking. Roberta was there to greet us and she was very kind, charming and extremely helpful. The interior of the cottage is absolutely super. Everything is even better than advertised and the sauna, beautiful shower and hot tub are a luxurious joy to use. This cottage is perfect for 2 people planning a relaxing few days away from the busy cities. Yet within 30 minutes drive you are in the heart of Bergamo for a bit of shopping. Roberta is wonderful and the cottage is a dream. We will 100% be back very soon!

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Gorgeous place to stay in an incredible location. If you want seclusion, this is the best place surrounded by nature. We were given goodies in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was by far the best stop!

Beautiful cabin in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, recently renovated also with a view to energy efficiency. Thoughtful and cozy, all made of wood inside. Downstairs rooms make life easy if you have children. It's just a shame that walking is a little too long, but it's 3 minutes by car. Recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Greta's place. Even though the climb was a bit of a challenge, it was definitely worth it. The view is beautiful and you are in perfect peace and quiet. We would love to come back anytime 😊

Fabulous stay in beautiful location. Wish we’d booked a longer time there. The route up to the village and onto the cottage was a little challenging for those of us used to wide highways, but Kamila was very helpful when we arrived and we had no trouble afterwards.
