The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Charming apartment located in a listed farm house. The apartment is situated in a scenic area 1km from the sea and 10km from the old town of Svendborg. The apartment is ideal for exploration of the "ø-havsstien" walking trail and as a family "get a way" in the country side. Some of Denmarks most beautiful nature. The house lies on a smal road with no traffic. The apartment is a part of a traditional farm. It is build as a "modern house" inside the farm and has seperate entrances and garden.

This cosy cottage near the beautiful coastline of Sydfyn - the Woolf's Cottage - is only a few hundred metres from the sea, and the area is surrounded by sea on both sides as well as an ample forest area in which to roam, spotting deer and pheasants. The garden has two terraces with great sun spots, both behind and in front of the house, with lots of trees and little spots to relax. There is also a fireplace and a swing. Cleaning, towels and bedding is not included but can be provided.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.
 The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.

Cute little summer house near the beach

Relax with your family in this peaceful and cute house, near one of the best child-friendly beaches in Denmark. It's ideal for 4-5 people, but up to 8 people can sleep here with 2 on the sleeping couch and 1 on a mattress. In the winter time there is a fireplace that can be used for extra heat and cozyness :) Otherwise it's just to come here, relax enjoy the beach and explore Langeland. It’s our own private house that we love and use a lot, so please treat it as your own.

Welcome to our beautiful family cottage in Rødvig! We are a family with 3 generations who love our lovely house in Rødvig, where we find peace and comfort both together and separately. We would like to share that with you! The garden is partially landscaped with wild flowers, which adorn the beautiful garden, which also includes a ball court, large partially covered wooden terrace, large fireplace and play area with swings and slide.

Her er en hyggelig sofa med kig ud over markerne, brætspil og hurtigt internet. Et veludstyret køkken med ordentligt kaffeudstyr. En stor have med plads til at tumle og en lille terrasse.
