Rita was very responsive and flexible, accomodating us with our request to stay at very short notice. The apartment was as described and neat and clean. Very well lighted. On the 3rd floor, but easy climb. The location couldn't be better for the Central Park and yet that comes with the downside of sometimes motorcycles going with noise in the middle of the night. Good value for money. Good job, Rita.

Style and Comfort, Your Dream Stay in Loja

Excellent host, 100% recommended, a spacious, comfortable, clean apartment with a very good location and the host a very polite and respectful person. I will definitely be back.

Mediterranean Department

The place is very beautiful. It's close to everything. Shopping centers half a block away. Restaurants and more. Great location, we were able to enjoy the city. The hosts are very nice and attentive at all times. Everything is clean. I definitely recommend it 100% . Great place to stay in Loja!

María Emilia was an exceptional host! She was incredibly friendly, proactive and outstanding. From the moment I booked the reservation, she gave very clear detailed instructions. It was so nice to enjoy a local gourmet chocolate waiting for us in our room upon our arrival Regarding the apartment, it was completely clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was wonderful located right in the heart of the city surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and things to do. I highly recommend Maria Emilia’s apartment for a pleasant stay in the city of Loja.

Beautiful house, very family-friendly, very clean and large, Bertha Alicia is very kind, she was always attentive, when we go to Loja we will go to Bertha Alicia's house.

The weekend was simply perfect. The house offered the necessary amenities to prepare our food, set up a family table and rest. Board games allowed to enjoy an entertaining family moment before sunset from the hammock, a magical moment. Outdoor hall and awnings allow you to enjoy outdoor food on a sunny day. We enjoyed touring the property, a delight for nature lovers. It was fascinating to see the cows grazing up close and discovering that they are planting native trees. The promenade by the river was very relaxing and unique. The restoration of this centuries-old house is admirable, they have achieved a cozy and comfortable atmosphere without losing its historical charm. Feel the warmth in every corner. We're grateful for this experience. The spacious parking lot was useful for the group. We highly recommend this place for a comforting getaway near Loja! We'll be back!
