Very nice accommodation, very recent and quality renovation. The description and photos are 100% accurate. Very clean and very well-prepared accommodation. Very good welcome, The environment is peaceful and the terrace is very well-equipped and very pleasant, The garden is just as much! We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really enjoyed the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The layout is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it's an essential criterion in our searches for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this listing,

Jessica and her children's house was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, extra-ordinary game room). Adults also around the spacious terrace, cozy living room and quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very considerate and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

Small house, clean, practical, nothing missing. The owners are easily reachable and help as much as they can in the event of any problems. The hot tub was extra. The pool area is pleasant and well appointed. Very well located, it allows you to make beautiful visits nearby: Chambord, the castle of Villesavin, Cheverny, the activities of Loisirs Loire Valley, rent bikes,… With our 3-year-old child, it was an excellent destination.

We had a great night in this accommodation which perfectly matches the photos and description. The host is very welcoming, responsive, accommodating and concerned about the well-being of his guests, which is really appreciated. The setting is pleasant and conducive to relaxation: between the jacuzzi, the pool, table tennis and badminton, there is plenty to enjoy! I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful, very cozy and chic at the same time. The hot tub is great. Bakery, supermarket close to the accommodation and the accommodation is located minutes from Orleans. Thank you for hosting us! I highly recommend it. 😉

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Very nice stay in a charming and quiet house. We loved the relaxing side of petanque, swimming pool and spa. The house was comfortable, a few small downsides in the kitchen but nothing very disturbing.

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games that exceeded our expectations. We were 10 girls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and it feels perfectly good. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you're bringing children, they'll be thrilled. And if you come without you, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely beautiful weekend on my birthday in this simply sublime house! Everything was together to make it an unforgettable moment: an exceptional setting, a nickel house, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Hosts have been rare kindness and availability, always responsive to any questions you may have. They had even provided clear tutorials to use the different amenities of the house. I haven't rented a house in such a fancy stulu in a long time. No fancy, but with elegant and functional simplicity. The enormous windows facing the garden look like paintings. Hosts are helpful and responsive.

For me, "La Bolle de Champs" is perfectly located in the middle of my trip towards the south of France. The location is an experience, don't expect a luxury hotel room but a separate overnight stay that you will continue to remember. I slept in the wooden cabin with my two children, to continue on my trip the next day. I've done this on both the back and forth and will probably do it again next year! Provided we go back to France of course. For the children, it is wonderful to splash in the pool after a few hours drive. And more if the wooden cabin offers I don't need. In the afternoon we drove to Fontaine Blue (±20 min.) a nice town with a fantastic and especially large castle, more than worth it. Laetitia is very helpful and thought along and arranged a breakfast for "on the road" which I was very happy with.

We had a great weekend in this superb Kota, located in a small quiet wood in nature. Alex's warm welcome and access to amenities (pool, sauna, Nordic bath, ping pong, etc.) punctuated everything beautifully 😉 Thanks! To be redone

A perfect stay!! Claire and Nicolas are very welcoming. The Swedish bath had been heated before we arrived, which allowed us to enjoy it throughout our weekend. Very relaxing setting, facing the forest. We even had the chance to observe a deer during a bath. The accommodation is true to the photos, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is made up of quality products. I would 100% recommend!!
