We live in the neighborhood and will be happy to share with you our best addresses and walking tips:) The apartment is ideally located, you can visit Nantes on foot very easily (welcome booklet with visit advice, restaurants and services available in the accommodation). The accommodation has a private garage, closed box type, with wide access (240cm). You will be able to park your vehicle in peace and leave things inside if necessary. Apartment: - Living room with balcony, TV, sofa, 2 deck chairs. WiFi (fiber optic internet), Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, board games, phone chargers. - Kitchen: refrigerator-freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, sodastream, dishwasher (pellets provided), washing machine (laundry provided). Tableware and utensils, cutlery and children's glasses. The apartment is non-smoking, it is nevertheless possible to smoke on the balcony. Linens are provided: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Beds are made upon arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that this accommodation is located in a very lively area, it is possible to hear the noise of the street despite the double glazing. Moreover, since the building is a relatively old building, its soundproofing is not perfect either. Baby kit option: 45€ for the stay. Do not clutter up with your childcare equipment and get suitable equipment for your baby: - For walking: a Mc Larren stroller in aluminum, tiltable in the lying position. Rain hood. (The stroller can be rented only 20€ for the stay) - To sleep: an umbrella bed, mattresses, mattress covers, covered sheets, 2 clean turbulets. - To eat: a rotating Chicco 360° baby seat, bibs - To relax: games and books for baby - For hygiene: a bathtub /changing table, sponge covers The entire apartment is accessible to guests. We live in the neighborhood and we are available to guests for any questions. Wine getaway in Bordeaux

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a year 1900 spirit when it was built. All the household appliances are new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the whole vacation rental and the park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool that is available only occasionally depending on the period and occupancy of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure available pool slots). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you throughout the stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass a few hundred yards away. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 min) and St André de Cubzac (10 min). Depending on the dates of booking of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).
