Vacation rentals with a patio in Loire-Authion

With my companion, we had a lovely relaxing stay, the jacuzzi is a great positive point, the castle was really not far on foot and the banks of the Loire too, close to the cavalry museum and 25 minutes' walk from the armored museum. You can park easily on the street and a Leclerc is not far away. A perfect apartment for two with everything you need, warm and carefully decorated. Thank you so much for your welcome and clear instructions, an Airbnb that I would definitely recommend to my loved ones!!

Spacious apartment, there were 5 of us and we didn't run out of space. It is also very well located, we did everything on foot and left our car in the private parking (real plus). The hosts were great and attentive. The instructions given were very clear, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and understanding how the parking lot works, etc. The only weak point of the apartment is for me the insulation, the street noise and the life in the building were quite present.

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect was at work here with attention to detail. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surroundings from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the house entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Fantastic centrally located.Its around 30 min walk from station. Within a few minutes walk there are plenty of eateries. The bakery opposite is great. Saumur is a very walkable town, you don’t need a car. The apartment is quiet and well equipped. We will return.

Nicolas' apartment was perfect and as described. Easy to find, it offered convenient parking for our car and a bike rack. I loved the high ceilings and decor, and it was sparkling clean. Charming accommodation, tastefully decorated, well arranged and functional. Free parking right across the street. The only small downside is that the sound insulation is not exceptional. We heard the neighbor upstairs and the movements in the common areas but without being overly bothered.

We spent a three-day weekend in this accommodation, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the beauty of the apartment!! Bathroom with double shower head with integrated LEDs!! Super beautiful and well exposed terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! The living room and kitchen are super bright with all the equipment (fridge, kettle, citrus press and SMEG toaster) really great!!!

Great stay at Olivier's, in his very nice house, ideal for a stay with a large group, with friends and family. The house has comfortable, well-appointed and equipped common areas for good shared moments. When the weather is nice, the outdoor spaces, very well maintained and landscaped, have several "corners" for meals, naps or moments around the pool, clean and well heated. Finally, the rooms are well decorated, each with a bathroom, allowing you to preserve privacy when you want to step back from the collective ;-) Finally, Olivier is a thoughtful and responsive host! In short, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible!

Sylvain is a really attentive host. He is one of the few people we are lucky enough to meet in our lifetime. Thank you so much for everything, your hospitality, your time, your kindness. And everything that makes you a wonderful person. Lovely continuation to you.

We had a long stay at Elissa's and it was really pleasant. Elissa and her parents are extremely kind and very attentive. The accommodation is much larger than in photos and very pleasant to stay in. The setting is very peaceful.

A big thank you to Diane and Serge for their warm welcome. This was our first experience with an Airbnb and we were really not disappointed by the well arranged and equipped accommodation. Located very close to La Flèche Zoo, it met all of our expectations. In addition, we were well received by our hosts with small touches (drinks, cakes, candies, etc.).

The accommodation, located in a very pretty town is very beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and quiet. Our hosts are very nice and quick to respond to requests to give us tips for places and activities. For a stay with family or friends, we will be happy to come back and we have already given the address to friends.

Had a lovely time in Saumur and in this brand new accommodation. Fully equipped, air conditioning, unlimited TV, speaker, spa... And what doesn't spoil anything, a very welcoming host who responds to requests and needs, with a strong knowledge of the surroundings, not hesitating to share it. We recommend it.

Communication and hosting with Philippe went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around, explaining the history of his property, which is a peaceful oasis with beautiful surrounding nature. The accommodation is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stopover for 6). The downstairs room is not very functional (broken TV and no hot water at the sink, no toilet), but can sleep two adults without problem.
