Independent furnished studio of 18 m², located in the courtyard of a private house with terrace and access to the summer swimming pool in the Balzac district. Air-conditioned accommodation. It is located 10 min by bike from the city center/200 m from the Farcy Tramway station. Close to many shops, the St Nicolas pond in Balzac Park and Lake Maine. Located 5 km from Terra Botanica You will find (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic products...) For our guests, we apply the disinfection rules.

Notre chalet de montagne est unique en son genre dans notre belle région Angevine. A 20 mn d'Angers et sur la route des vins. Notre maison est spacieuse et chaleureuse, elle fait environ 200 M2. Elle n'attend que vous pour passer de bons moments en famille, entre amis avec les enfants. Prenez du bon temps été comme hiver : Vous pourrez vous installer autour de la piscine avec un bon apéritif et un barbecue l'été et l'hiver autour d'une bonne raclette dans son chaleureux salon, salle à manger.

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats and sheep! Whether you are a couple or a family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards, etc.)

Welcome to our beautiful house located in the peaceful countryside of Andard. The house has plenty of sleeping spaces across 4 spacious bedrooms and a very large dormitory. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The (unheated) outdoor swimming pool and the huge garden are perfect for enjoying the sun and the surrounding nature in peace and quiet. You can also relax in the large living room, which has a fireplace for cooler evenings.

Old grainery on the banks of the Loire dating from the 19th century, freshly renovated. Slate walls and exposed beams, refined decoration, you will quickly feel at home. La Belle Loire is the perfect place to meet with friends and family, with three large bedrooms and two sofa beds, one of which is independent. In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
