Our cottage is located at the bottom of our garden. This completely independent annex (with private access) of our home is ideally designed to accommodate friends and travelers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The outbuilding where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. It's possible to store your bikes in a closed room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are very close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, café...) as well as a market on Saturday morning.

Nestled between two rivers, charmingly decorated, this small 50 m2 house will be your haven of peace for a weekend or a longer stay. Great for a stay with family or friends, you can relax in the hammock near the laundry room, enjoy the large garden and slide with your children, listen to the lapping of the water and watch the ducks pass by. A stone's throw from downtown and Nogent-le-Roi Park, countless walks along the Eure await you.

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!
