Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a terrace adjoining the accommodation and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.
