House vacation rentals in Loir-et-Cher

The house is located in a park of extreme beauty, with magnificent trees, thousands of flowers, hundreds of birds and a group of ducks. All with a very nice and large swimming pool, heated. The house is well-decorated, very well-equipped. The vegetation, very dense in front of the house, completely isolates it from the rest of the property; the privacy is total, and makes this place a true haven of peace. The owners are lovely, both discreet and caring. Shops are numerous and varied, a little over 5 minutes' drive away. Thanks to Christophe and Sébastien for their warm hosting!

A wonderful family weekend in this fabulous place! There's nothing missing! The cottage is superb, the environment is perfect. We were lucky enough to have great sunshine, which allowed us to fully enjoy the pool and garden. Close to places of interest. We really enjoyed our stayed at the Gite. The location was perfect for exploring the Loire Valley, and it was very close to Blois if you wanted to stop at a grocery store, etc. The pool was fabulous and our daughters really enjoyed it after a day of chateau site seeing. Cathy is a very responsive and delightful host and she gave great recommendations. The Gite was very well appointed and had a very nice kitchen for preparing meals. One nice surprise is that there was so many great walks you could take from the Gite, with a chateau or manor at every turn. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a lovely place.

We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

Quality stay between idleness, quiet and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. Recommended!

We had a great weekend with the family at the Baracas estate. Everything is well thought out to accommodate 18 people. The activities offered (pool, spa, games room, petanque court) allow everyone to enjoy and have fun!

We spent two nights in this very nice house to enjoy Beauval Zoo. Everything was clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and welcoming with perfect communication from the start! We will gladly come back if the opportunity arises and we highly recommend 🙂

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The beds were comfortable the house was superb. It had a beautiful energy about the place and was relaxing. The chickens kept us entertained outside. And we enjoyed walks around exploring the gardens. ALS the blackberries were in season and simply delicious 👌 we enjoyed our final night sitting in front of the fireplace sipping a glass of red wine.. highly recommend

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated historic flour mill. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is lots of outdoor space. We loved the grounds including the bird song to welcome the day (and the tawny owl hooting overnight). The location was great for getting to chateaux and there are food stores ten minutes away.

Wow. Words cannot describe the experience of staying at Catherine’s place. It is an oasis, a retreat, a truly magical experience. The house itself is incredible, with such care put into every detail. The gardens and outdoor space is a true highlight. The photos do not do it justice. There are incredible flowers, herbs, vegetables. The river is just a walk down the hill and beautiful to sit by any time of the day. You wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the river and the birds. We cancelled almost all our plans upon arrival to spend as much time as possible at the cottage. We went to an incredible farm 5 minutes away to get local produce, meat, and cheese which we used to make all our meals at home. If you wanted to go out to eat, there are plenty of amazing places nearby. It’s also a short drive from Blois (about 12 minutes), which we used as a jumping off point to rent bikes and take a gorgeous ride to one of the castles in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

The accommodation is clean, functional and in a private and so peaceful environment! 👍🏻 The decoration and the setting will undoubtedly make you want to come back to Sologne 🦌 In summer, air conditioning, a jacuzzi and part of the shaded terrace are a real asset of the house 🏠 We highly recommend this place, which will undoubtedly be one of our best Airbnb experiences. 🙏🏻

We are very satisfied with our stay in Florence's cottage. The highlight is the indoor pool area, which allows children to unwind after excursions, regardless of the weather. The house as a whole met our needs, we recommend it.

Very nice proximity to the Château de Chambord, the air conditioning was very appreciable by the high temperatures we experienced😊. The pool, although shared, was also very nice. The accommodation is well thought out and is perfect for a short trip with friends!

We had a very comfortable overnight stay in Tiphaine's gite. Everything was as expected and she was very responsive and amenable about our stay. The instructions she sent were very clear and easy to follow. The decor in the rooms is very tasteful, the layout is good and it is in a very peaceful spot.

Pleasant accommodation, quiet and nicely decorated, very spacious room for 4 people. There are several board games to keep the children busy. Good location: a few kilometers from Chambord, Cheverny, Blois, etc.
