Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Nach einem Spaziergang durch die schöne Natur lädt eine bequeme Couch zum Relaxen und Fernsehen schauen ein und nachts in dem gemütlichen breiten Doppelbett Kraft zu tanken. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche können Sie Ihren Kaffee genießen und Ihren Hunger stillen. Wir freuen uns, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu können.

Das Hafenlohrtal ist 27 km lang. Hier leben 1600 Tier- u. Pflanzenarten. Das gesamte Hafenlohrtal ist durch Wanderwege und Radwege gut erschlossen. Radwege entlang des Mains sind sehr gut ausgebaut und auch für ungeübte Radler nicht zu schwer. Lohnende Ausflugsziele sind die Residenzstadt Würzburg oder die Altstadt von Wertheim. Und Lohr ist eng mit Schneewittchen verbunden. Oder zum Wandern: das Forsthaus Aurora, Sylvan oder Karlshöhe. Hier lebt man mitten in der Natur! - Bikers welcome ! -

Ferienwohnung am Romberg

Direkt unterhalb des Naturschutzgebietes Romberg befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Sendelbach, umgeben von Wäldern, unsere gemütliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche, zusätzlicher Schlafcouch und Terrasse. Wir sind umgeben von Wander- und Fahrradwegen und kennen uns in der Region sehr gut aus. Die FeWo ist von einem großzügigen, grünen Naturgarten umgeben. In unserer Garage besteht die Möglichkeit zum Aufladen von E-Bikes und sicheres Unterstellen der Fahrräder.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Stock (nicht barrierefrei) und bietet eine sonnige Terrasse zum Entspannen. Hunde sind willkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest du in Marktheidenfeld (ca. 10 Min. mit dem Auto). ÖPNV nur eingeschränkt – ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist erforderlich. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The place is renovated with great care and attention to the needs of a family. The garden with the playground is shared and is located behind the apartment! Perfect place for a family vacation due to the full equipment. Baby crib, high chair, children's armchair and bath seat are in the home's equipment. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. Free parking in a public space.
