Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.
