The apartment is beautifully located in nature and they feel comfortable from the first minute. With separate entrance and parking lot you will find their tranquility and relaxation in a modern bright and quiet atmosphere. A terrace with garden and a sauna also belong to the apartment. Quietly located attic apartment / 15 min to fair

Bright and friendly attic flat in the direct vicinity of Cologne/Bonn Airport (5 min.) and yet very quietly located. Buses are within walking distance (3-5 min.). The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bar and an ice cream parlour.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.

The apartment is located on the first 1st floor of an apartment building. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is a living room, which can also be used as a bedroom. In the dining room, too, the evenings feel very entertaining in a cozy atmosphere. It's best to try it out.

The house is rented exclusively to one or two adults. The former hunting lodge from the 1920s has been restored with preferably traditional building materials. This cozy atmosphere with the flair of a bygone era is the backdrop of your getaway. Inside, antiques and pictures of regional artists meet modern technology. Occasional private use - therefore personally furnished.

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
