The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. A microwave, air fryer, fully automatic coffee machine, and electric kettle are also available. Of course, the kitchen includes sufficient dishes and basic spices. A small folding table with two chairs provides a place to eat. The small bathroom, located in the center of the apartment, features a rain shower and toilet. A hairdryer and toiletries are provided. Bed linen and towels are included. The tram to Kassel is 10 minutes away. The apartment is newly renovated. It is about 40 square meters. Living space, consisting of a closed bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. If a toddler is traveling, a travel crib is available. The garden in front of the house may be used by the guests. There is a sitting area with a table and chairs. It invites you to have breakfast in the countryside or a glass of wine in the evening sun. Pets are welcome, but must be announced in advance. The stay for a dog costs an extra 10 euros for 1-2 days, and 20 euros for a longer stay.
