The cabin was built in 2021 and is located in Nes in Lødingen municipality - often referred to as the gateway to Lofoten and Vesterålen. It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive from Evenes Airport to the cabin. It is a 10-minute drive from the cabin to the store. From Lødingen it takes about 1 hour to drive to Sortland, and from there an hour to Andenes. To Svolvær it is about 1 hour 30 minutes by car. There is rich wildlife. We often see moose, hare, eagles and reindeer.

After a good walk, you can relax in a spacious sauna with a panoramic window or let the heat from the wood stove warm you. Two of the bedrooms have a very high standard where you can enjoy the view, either towards the mountains in the east or towards the mountains in the west. The cabin has a large loft living room with TV. Here you can watch movies or connect your own game console.

The house was completely remodeled a few years ago and features a new kitchen and open living space. Outdoors we have a great deck with grill for summer cooking. The house is on a quiet location with magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. A SUP-Board (30 Euro) and a double kayak (40 Euro) is sometimes available to rent.
