Charming And Cosy 300 yr Old Thatched Cottage.

Self Catering This 300 yr old Thatched Cottage has been restored and has some of the original features like the original fire place , original floors and old style furniture, we tried to maintain as much of an authentic old time atmosphere as possible whilst also providing for comfort and pleasure. Some of the rooms are small . The road outside the cottage can be busy at times you will need to take care going out of the driveway the traffic mirror will help you out .

Tigín (tigeen-small house) with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. This is a small cosy space with solid fuel heating. The bedrooms have two king size beds. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker,sink,fridge freezer and washing machine etc along with sitting room area. Lots of animals to see all around the farm. Pull out sofa bed in the sitting area if required. Your own parking space for 2 cars right at the door. Located in great location for exploring kilkenny and the surrounding counties.
