Large bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. The garden is used by guests by agreement. Pets allowed in the apartment BUT NOT in THE GARDEN due to their own dog. Park free v the house.

Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

In this place one lives close to everything, the location is central. The loft apartment is about 70 square meters. Large sunny porch, private entrance, Living room, kitchen, bathroom and sleeps 4 people. It is a quiet and calm neighborhood with nice hiking trails, swimming area and fishing water within walking distance. At the same time, it is close to several shops and eateries. There are good bus connections, about 10 minutes by bus to Arendal city center and about 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Zoo.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

This stay was absolutely great! The host is very good at informing, so it is impossible to make mistakes here. The apartment is tip top, clean and tidy and has everything needed. Highly recommend 😊

We had a great time in this cozy apartment. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with a great patio and the kids were ecstatic over both rabbits and ducks in the garden. Trampoline and not least that the nice kids in the house would play. Nothing to delay, we are more than happy to rent again.

Idyllic place with amazing views of the ocean. Cozy furnished with everything you need. The outdoor area has several zones and superstructures so that you can be outside even with a little messy weather. Many great hiking trails and proximity to the lake and swimming are great when the weather permits. Otherwise, it is easy to drive to Arendal or other exciting small places. Solveig welcomed us warmly and answered questions and recommendations. Would love to come back to this gem of a place.
