We had a wonderful stay at Pana and Iain’s beautiful, immaculately kept, well-equipped cottage. The location itself is stunning, being so close to the Callanish Stones and with views to the mountains beyond. It’s a great base to explore all of Lewis & Harris. Pana and Iain couldn’t have been more hospitable, generous hosts. Highly recommended.

This was a delightful place to stay. A romantic and cosy cabin, perfect for two. It was superbly clean and the facilities second to none. Everything needed plus more was there, even some pasta and beans for anyone turning up in need of one meal. The view over the loch and mountains was magnificent. I even saw a red deer jump the fence near the delightful rear garden which was a real sun trap. We loved the seating space by the door which was cosy and in the sun. It was the perfect base to travel around the island and a delight to return to in the evenings. Thanks Innes for making it such a lovely place. What a great find . We come to the western isles a lot but usually have the car and like to stay out of Stornoway. We were only coming for the weekend this time and weren’t bringing car so booked to stay in town. the property is located a 5-7 min walk from the centre of town and is easy to find. the coop is next door and the location was quiet. The house is emasculate and the bed comfy. Gillian graciously let us stay a bit later on Sunday
