We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful home! The wellness area is like having your own private spa. The kids loved the swimming pool (which is great for kids) and the jacuzzi!! There are also beautiful gardens. Thank you and we hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful time in this vacation home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves quietly, without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved seeing the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

We had a great weekend with 6 adults and 2 children. Aukje is a very flexible host! The house is very spacious and has a beautiful garden! The swimming pool is a nice extra for when it is very hot. The beds were neatly made on arrival. Important to note that the room with the sofa bed is adjacent to a large double room with a curtain and the rooms cannot be completely darkened. The supplies in the kitchen are also minimal (e.g. few large bowls, no aperitif bowls or oven dish, no regular soda glasses). It's also best to bring your own extra coffee beans if you are big coffee drinkers.

Very spacious house, ideal for a group of friends. The bedrooms are very spacious and clean, also certainly enough bathrooms. We did not lack anything, basic things like kitchen towels, oil and coffee are present. There was also a cot, chair and toys provided for our baby. It was quite chilly in the house and we were unable to turn on the heating, but we were able to warm ourselves by the fireplace in the evening. We loved our weekend getaway!

Wow, was the first reaction when we stopped and went inside. The house is super nice, cozy. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. Beautiful spacious well-kept garden. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Very nice cottage, tastefully decorated. The services are excellent 👌 Very responsive host with clear explanations. The accommodation is perfect for a romantic and relaxing time. Very quiet. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Sauna, spa bath, accessories available if you want to spice up your stay 😉 bed made on arrival and really comfortable, towels available .... Thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine 😉 Clean 👍 accommodation, no complaints! Good value for the money. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

We spent three nights at the property and we enjoyed it very much. You felt at home and it was very cozy with the large cooking/dining area and the huge living room with fireplace, which we also used. Location was quiet and idyllic. Nevertheless, you were quickly in the center of Diksmuide or in Ostend to shop or do something. The only thing we were missing were keys to lock the toilet doors. All in all, I would book the place again. Just cozy!

We thank Kristof for his excellent hosting and the quality of his accommodation in all respects as advertised. The city center is easily accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes and there is free parking for 2 to 3 cars in its driveway. We recommend it unreservedly

What can I say? I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem whilst looking for a place to stay not too far from Le Shuttle. Baptiste’s place is stunning, probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The space is even better in person than the pictures, incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and breakfast was out of this world. We already can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or friends. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large for spending time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and rooms to retreat. Everything is as shown in the pictures, modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is super, within walking distance. Clean accommodation and check-in and check-out could be done independently. The place is super well equipped. Matthieu provided us with all the instructions we needed for our arrival and departure.

Had a great time at Emely's, everything was perfect. The accommodation was spotless (even more beautiful than in the photos) without forgetting Emely's kindness and availability. Be careful though, the staircase is difficult to access for young children and the elderly.

Fantastically located, fabulous tranquility, unique historical architecture, tasteful interior design. Everything worked and was clean. Not the usual imperfections that you often have with top accommodations. Everything was right here, down to the attentive, friendly and always very quick communication with the host. We were 100% satisfied.

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

we enjoyed a cozy family weekend. the house is very well located to explore Diksmuide. The furnished basement is great. lots of Fun for young and old. Bart is easily accessible and helpful.
