The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Our guests all say what a great base this is for exploring North Wales. Guests comment on how at home and relaxed they feel in our comfy, well equipped and warm holiday cottage. We welcome well behaved pets and many of our visitors are dog owners who appreciate our enclosed back garden and the local walks. We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Fab for Snowdonia and the beach!

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Gwrych Castle's historic beach house, Ty Crwn, has been restored to its former glory. Situated 50 metres from the shoreline, the cottage overlooks the Irish Sea and Pensarn Beach SSSI. The beach house was built by the Lloyds of Gwrych and was last used by the Countess of Dundonald for sea bathing. The cottage is dog friendly and the grounds are all secure for dogs.
