Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Nice independent studio of 18 m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair users), there is a sofa bed with a very good quality mattress. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT is a small peaceful village near Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d'Illes, and beautiful hiking places. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountains. Bed and bath linens are provided.

The Sola House

Two-story village house, located on a small square in the heart of the village of Thuir, close to small shops and 2 minutes from the Byrrh cellars. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets. It is an independent, renovated pied-à-terre, furnished to be pleasant and comfortable, which allows you to enjoy the riches of the Catalan coast, Spain, the Pyrenean area and the many walks and hikes possible in the Aspres and surroundings.

The small house

Enjoy a stylish 35 m2 accommodation close to shops in the Aspres, 5 min walk to Thuir. It offers one bedroom (140 bed) and a sofa bed. Ideally located in the Catalan hinterland, you are close to nature, 25 minutes from the beaches and 15 minutes from Perpignan. Also on the Roussillon Wine Route. Newly renovated, the cottage is located at the back of a main house and has a private exterior still a bit under construction which explains its low price.

Located on the ground floor of an authentic Catalan house steeped in history, this gite of almost 40 m² is situated away from the tourist bustle. You will be less than 15 min by car from the swimming lake in Vinça; close to 3 most beautiful villages in France, the market of Thuir, the "orgues" of Ille sur Têt, the yellow train, the Canigó, ... You will enjoy the hiking trails, or direct access to the castle for a breathtaking view of Roussillon.

You will have a bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for one bed, extra €10 for extra linens. Household products are provided.

We suggest you stop by our studio located in the small village of Trouillas. Fully equipped and independent studio. It is located on the ground floor of our family home. The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
