The Casita is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller Town, which gives the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and town living. Fully renovated house, located in the municipality of Inca at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. Ideal location for cyclists. The house has two floors: on the lower floor, there is the hall, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. It has an exit to a backyard with a garden area, and a glazed porch at the back.
