One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its fantastic location. It’s just 20 meters from a stunning sandy beach — perfect for sunbathing or enjoying water sports. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is also great for jogging, with scenic paths and little traffic — perfect for a morning run. There are two good restaurants nearby. While the prices aren’t the lowest, the quality of the food makes up for it — especially the fresh, local fish. The apartment itself is well-equipped and spacious, with three separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher, iron, and more. There’s even a swimming pool on the property. A wonderful place for a family vacation — we’ll definitely be back!

We loved ever second at Xescas flat!! The view is just unbeatable! We felt right at home and the location is perfect for people who are looking for silence! Xesca was caring and loving!

Sitting on the balcony here is my favourite place in all the world! Watching the Port wake up in the morning, the locals, the joggers, the walkers, the cyclists, the tram trundling by; with the beautiful backdrop of the sea and the mountains. And when the sun goes down again it is magical. The accommodation is perfect and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. I will be back again, thank you

Perfect apartment!! everything is beautiful, the balcony is sunny, a washing machine, a queen bed, a beautiful kitchen where there is everything, 2 TVs, 2 sofas, the square, Olga and her very nice friend. Nothing to say, just perfect

Ralf's house was awesome! Even prettier than in the pictures! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked talking with him! We recommend it to all guests!

I spent 5 nights at David's apartment. i used it as a base for the Ironman70.3 which I was competing in. The location was perfect, with everything I needed being a short walk. David provided thorough instructions for check in, as well as details of his favourite local restaurants. If I do the race again, I would not hesitate to stay in the apartment again.

We stayed at Pedro's place with our two children for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment has everything we needed and was close to the beach and shops and various eateries. A little walk from the port with little legs so a pushchair was essential for our 2 year old. Pedro was a wonderful host - friendly, responsive and keen to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

Marzena & Matthias has a great apartment, amazing view of the sea, close to bars and restaurants but distant enough to get peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and had great amenities, the two bathrooms were a plus. They are great hosts, easy to communicate with and gave us both clear practical instructions as well as local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!

Fantastic location - a few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and restaurants but felt quiet and away from the main stretch. Huge balcony which we used a lot, plenty of space for us a family and appreciated the cot and high chair. kitchen was well stocked in terms of cricket, glasses etc Shared pool was good size and clean, and as only 7 flats in block we had it to ourselves quite a lot. it was hot during our stay in Mallorca and the AC worked well and the ceiling fan in the lounge was great. we really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice apartment, functionally furnished, everything necessary is available. Communication with Mareike was perfect. Only small minus point: The north room is relatively humid.
