Firs lodge at the foothill of the skirrid mountain

SiobhanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Perfect stay. The place had everything we needed for our weekend at a nearby festival - clean, comfy, private and well-equipped. The host, Debbie, was incredibly kind and accommodating, and she and her husband even gave us a couple of lifts around the area, which made a big difference. Would definitely recommend!

Tyr Ywen-Stunning cottage with far-reaching views

CatherineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We love this cottage! It is in an absolutely beautiful location, is well equipped and spotless. Claire is a fantastic host, not intrusive but friendly and promptly replies if you need anything. This was our second stay - sitting in the hit tub and gazing at the stars was as good as we remembered - I'm sure there will be a third!

Hare Cottage Abergavenny Town Centre Beautiful Acc

GraceRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Hare Cottage is the perfect location for exploring Abergavenny and the surrounding areas. It’s a short drive to nearby villages and towns worth a visit (Brecon, Crickhowell, Talybont on Usk). Our 3 year old loved finding all the hares around the house. It was perfectly equipped, in a safe and quiet area with parking and an enclosed garden for our dog. We managed a parkrun in Merthyr, a walk up Sugarloaf Mountain, several trips to the local pubs and restaurants which are only a few minutes walk away and dog walks in Castle Meadows. Jack gave us local recommendations which were excellent and we found a few to add to the list: Pizza at the Towpath Inn (Gilwern) Beers and pies at the Brecon Tap (Brecon) O’Connell Bakery (Abergavenny)

Cosy two bedroom town house

GrahamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Does what it says on the tin, so to speak, Clean, well organised, homely. Worth the money, private with off street parking. Would use again. We used it as a base because we were attending a wedding in the area, but would definitely go back again to the house and the area, to explore the surroundings, as we didn’t get chance on this occasion
A serene riverbank scene is depicted, showcasing clear water flowing gently past smooth stones. Lush green trees line the river, their reflections shimmering in the water. Sunlight filters through the foliage, creating a peaceful atmosphere along the river's edge.

"Monnow" Barn

AimeeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My friend and I had the most lovely weekend here. We felt at one with nature waking up to see the owls outside the window and the cows in the field. It was spotlessly clean and comfy, the perfect place to relax with our books after long days in Hay-on-Wye. Chris and Jonathan are both so helpful, super friendly and all round fantastic hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to possibly coming back in the future.

The Lily Pod

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay, but still lot's to do in the local area. The pod was very private and had lovely views. Jess was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.
