Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Located on over an acre of barely-tamed land on the gorgeous Llano River, the Rock Stack is a ruggedly luxurious vacation home.  We’re a place for both the fisherman and the boutique shopper, the explorer and the book-worm, the adults-only getaway and the family-friendly vacation. 2025 Flood Update: We are open and the river is GORGEOUS after the flood. Come see for yourself. (We are also out of the flood plane and we’re not affected by the 2025 floods).
