Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Llano River

This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in with our dogs. The place has several open grassy areas where they were able to really run and play at full speed. The house is perfect as well - I have never seen a host more thoughtful about every little detail, even leaving the cutest toys and treats for our fur babies. The house was so comfortable, clean, and thoughtful and Amanda was such a sweet host. The sunrises are stunning and the stars are beautiful. A perfect place to get away and just slow down. We hope to be able to visit again for longer.

Julie’s place is a nice little retreat. We were only in town for a short weekend for a wedding, but it suited our needs. I liked the front sun room. I wanted to spend a little more time on the back porch but there were some paper wasps out there. I have them at home, they’re not aggressive but they look scarier than they are. It was very clean and had a lot of kitchen cooking supplies and linens. The master bathroom is really nice with the super deep soak tub. There was a resident deer and butterflies constantly around, but definitely herd the warning of the posting about animals and stuff around the area. We didn’t see any snakes or anything but the grounds would hide them well. We ran into a couple scorpions and yeeted them further into the brush. If we’d stayed a little longer I eventually would’ve put on pants and boots to explore the grounds a little more.

Amazing place! Secluded home in Hill country surrounded by fields and animals. It was great to sit and eat breakfast on the porch and just watch the nature. We had a little hiccup with the water (as it comes from a well) but Connie was quick, responsive, and proactive. It’s obvious she really cares for her guests, beyond just providing a place to sleep. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to hill country

What a great place to stay …. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we had my 93 year old mom and one of my best friends with us… everyone had their own bedroom ( beds were very comfortable) and bathroom … loved the coffee bar… Afton had some great coffee … we sat on the back patio area around the fire pit and had coffee in the mornings ….. very spacious home! Would definitely recommend this rental and will absolutely rent again!

Thank you so much for allowing us to check in alittle early. The place was perfect the only thing was the soap in the bathroom would pump but we unscrewed it lol no worries it was the perfect temperature for a hot day in Kerville! We definitely will come back to stay when we are back in town. Thank you once again our dogs were so happy too which made for a perfect get away

The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the land and how cute the Susie is. The house is pristine and has everything you need for a peaceful time away from everything. Dripping Springs is 15 minutes away with many things to keep you occupied.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The decor/style was very trendy & cute. The beds were oh so comfy! We loved having the cowboy pool & hot tub. A beautiful space outdoors to hang out & relax. We would definitely recommend!

Even before we step foot inside, Danielle was the most incredible host. She was very communicative, flexible and accommodating. The place itself is incredible! The pool is gorgeous and the photos don’t really do it justice, there was also a working hot tub. The kitchen is excellent and equipped with everything you would need and there’s also a grill. I totally Loss over the fact that there is an incredible soaking tub on the top floor! The top four bathroom is huge, and the perfect place for a group of girlfriends or a family to get ready together. Everything about this place was wonderful and I will actually be coming back again someday because I loved it that much.

This place is so cute and convenient! Everything was very clean and looked just like pictured. Easy to get into, super close to the pool and lake, and there are so many things on the resort to do (at an additional cost) within a 5 or so minute walk. Kitchen had so many different things to cook with and there’s a grill outside. The check out list is also easy to complete, as long as you know where the dishwasher switch is. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location in Johnson city and only about 20 min to wineries in Fredericksburg. Clean house and pool and great communication throughout our stay if we had any questions arise. Definitely would stay again!

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

This is a beautiful, secluded home with so much to do for families. You can hike and swim on site. You can find shade and sun around the pool any time of day. The porches in the front and back of the house and the large living room and kitchen area provide a wonderful place for families to hang out, play and visit.

The landscape is breathtaking and gorgeous. It was very peaceful and exactly what I was looking for. It is removed from the everyday hustle and provided a relaxing sanctuary free of disturbances. Dennis and Payden were more than friendly and courteous. They answered all of my questions and did so rather quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. So quiet and peaceful. Even with the current drought there was still sufficient water to enjoy so time in the river fishing and playing with the family. We can’t wait to return! Tiffani was friendly, extremely responsive and flexible.

I wanted to show my parents, who lived in a large city all their lives, how the Milky Way looks. The time was perfect, and I needed the best place to see a clear dark sky. That's when I found Billy's place. Initially, I thought that we could drive out a few miles, if the location is not dark enough. However, this cabin is located in a spot where we just needed to step out of the building. And a gorgeous starry dark sky was right in front. Billy and his team ensured that we did not miss home. All the amenities, including sufficient A/C (a must in Texas summer) were there. Instructions were clear. The appliances worked flawlessly. We loved our time in the cabin. We are honored to have Billy open his doors and share his house with us. We would love to return for more of their hospitality, dark skies, and solitude. We loved it.

This is an incredible place. Because we arrived late (after dark), we had some difficulty finding the exact location but Larry, the park host, was incredibly helpful and went all out to help us find the place and get settled in. The location is fantastic and a perfect place to chill and do nothing. There are activities (trails, biking, etc.) if you are interested. The park host was fantastic. I give this place my highest recommendation!

My family of four loved our three night stay! We played ping pong, grilled, had a fire and spent the day at Inks Lake. We picked up pizza from Bella Serra and spent day 2 at the local river spot. Everything was great and we will be back!

Great off the beaten path getaway with local shopping and restaurants only a few minutes away. The view overlooking hill country was fantastic, sunsets right behind the cabins, lots of wildlife and animals very eager to interact with guests. Largemouth bass fishing was some of the best I’ve had in a decade with their stocked ponds. Catfish and carp were options but not my target fish. Property boasts horses you can ride, goats, cattle, chickens, and a duck as well as other exotics give you an up close and personal experience if you rent the ATV and get a bag of feed. Fire pit for smores, and grill a short walk down the hill. My wife loved the bed sheets. They had a fresh smell, not that bland hotel bleach odor. Oh, and the best fresh laid eggs from free range chickens you’ll likely ever taste are right there on property to pick for breakfast! Definitely recommend and will go back. Patrick and Crystal were very friendly hosts, very accommodating, and highly responsive.

Nice little get away, pretty sunsets, watched deer feed in the mornings, walked the river, if it wasn’t for the mansion across the river that leaves all the lights on it would be a great place to star gaze

Perfect getaway with the kids to start the summer! The cabin was so peaceful and the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. We saw lots of cows on the way to the property and the drive is beautiful! On the property we had so much fun driving the buggy around and finding deer, and exploring the area. The kayaks were fun to cruise up the river. We caught lots of fish behind the cabin and at the last overpass before you get to the property(watch your step there was a few very large snakes there also) but they were harmless and slithered away. The cabin is small but it has everything you need and then some! I also enjoyed reading in the hammock and watching the firefly’s at night. We truly made some wonderful memories and Andrea was so sweet and very responsive. We would definitely come back, thank you for having us!
