Lo destacable es que se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila dentro del concejo. Su zona de porche es fantástica para leer, hacer una barbacoa o simplemente desconectar y disfrutar del paisaje. Cuenta con calefacción por suelo radiante, lo que proporciona un calor muy confortable. Ambos dormitorios tienen cama de 1,50 cm.
