Vacation rentals with beach access in Llanes

We had a fantastic few days. The apartment is very nice, the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is very spacious and everything is very clean. There is a hair dryer but no iron. The apartment is next to the beach and several restaurants. José María has been very kind. Thank you for everything!

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

PERFECT STAY. Susana is a lovely person, very welcoming and very kind. The apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing environment. We loved this beautiful bright apartment furnished with a lot of taste, very comfortable and very well-equipped. Very convenient, you will find a convenience store 50 m away. Free parking around. Our only regret is not staying longer :). Highly recommend.

A very nice apartment in a great location with fantastic views of the sea. We felt very comfortable there. Cooking and washing also worked well. Parking is right on the street. There are some beaches and coastal hiking trails nearby!

Both Marta and Javier were very attentive to making our stay perfect. The apartment is ideal with all the details, home automation, very well decorated to create a very cozy atmosphere, very comfortable room and with everything you may need to spend a stay as if you were at home. They had a great welcome gift with a personalized message and were flexible with our check-in time, letting us in even earlier. Unbeatable location in the center. We traveled with a baby and pet and we had a great time. We will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Marta and Javier :)

Cristina's flat is perfect for a visit to Ribedesella and beyond. Great location for walking the few blocks into town. Parking space in the garage of the building invaluable. The flat is very comfortable and well equipped. Good natural light. We liked everything about it and hope to return.

An amazing home, and even better than the pictures. It is well located, in a very quiet village. Problem, we weren't able to fully enjoy the space. Unfortunately the heating system broke down the first night and we had no heating or hot water, at a time when it still counts in Asturias. HOWEVER, Paloma was very responsive and did everything to help us out. We checked out after 2 nights and received a smooth refund. We'll get back to that.

The accommodation was great, better than described in the ad, the area is quiet to be able to walk the dog, the house had everything you need for a week, it has a good location, Paola is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. As the only recommendation, change the beds in the double room, the rest is perfect and the garden is very nice to rest and enjoy.

House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated in a friendly and fluent manner throughout the stay

Juan is super friendly and very helpful. They show you the area. The house is spacious and comfortable. The area is very quiet and not noisy at all. It's worth it :)

I need an apartment in the best area of Santander. In the photos it looks smaller than it really is. It has everything you need and Elena was always in contact with us in case we needed anything. We'll be back for sure.

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Casa Mar is the perfect place to go with children. The house is fully prepared for families: it has games, space for the little ones to enjoy and Clara put us all the facilities -trona, cot, barrier for the bed... a luxury! The location is fantastic: you can go for a walk to the beach of Guilpilluri or La Huelga, ideal to enjoy as a family without the need for a car. Also, being this close to the highway we were able to do a lot of excursions and get to know the surroundings without wasting time on long journeys. We'll definitely repeat it!

We had a great week at Luz's house. The house is very nice with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, and the place is fantastic, close to everything, beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets a few minutes walk. Also a nice and quiet area, just 5 minutes by car to Llanes. We will not hesitate to return.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom is somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor without an elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The indoor parking is fine, but since there are no designated spaces during busy times such as summer or long weekends, you run out of space, and it is almost impossible to park outside. We went on a long weekend and it was already full, so in summer it can be crazy. I'd go back, but not in summer

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

The house is very nice and we were very comfortable in it. It is very well appointed and very cozy. You have a pretty big supermarket a minute away.
