We all had a truly wonderful stay at The Dairy in South Wales. The cottage is charming, beautifully kept, and perfectly nestled among rolling hills and countryside walks — an ideal spot to switch off and unwind from the demands of everyday life. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, with plenty of walking trails right on the doorstep perfect for our 2 dogs what where with us!Whether you're after a gentle stroll or something more adventurous, the area is a dream for nature lovers. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and always on hand if needed, without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Even giving us milk that we forgot to bring with us-! Lifesavers! If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, fresh air, and a real sense of calm, I can't recommend The Dairy enough. I left feeling rested, recharged, and already planning a return visit! Thank you so much guys, see you soon!

If you're considering booking this property, then do it! We have had the best week staying here and I cannot rate it highly enough. The host was great at communicating before the trip and whilst we were there. Whenever we had a question, nothing was too much trouble. She contacted us to let us know we could check in a little bit earlier as the property was ready, and this was much appreciated. One of the biggest things we look for in an airbnb is cleanliness, and I have to say, the property was spotless. The kitchen had all the amenities you could want, and the house had lovely little touches for our toddler; toys, highchair, stair gate and bed guard. Whilst the weather wasn't great, there was a lovely sized garden, and our toddler was able to visit the horses behind the garden and feed them carrots. Everything was a very short drive away, and location was great. We enjoyed a dinner in the pub garden of the Ancient Briton. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Sharon and Charlie are great hosts! They were very responsive in the lead up to our stay and very helpful with recommendations during our stay. We even received a lovely gift from Sharon! The cottage was perfect for our little honeymoon/early birthday celebrations. Everything you could need was there with the extra luxuries of the hot tub, BBQ hut and sauna. My husband particularly enjoyed the BBQ hut! The garden area was perfect for our dog who absolutely loved it! The location was great! It felt secluded but there was plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops within a short distance. We had the best time and would definitely come back to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Good Life. The space was well maintained and felt like a home. We made the most of the hot tub and kitchen facilities during our stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet trip away with a partner or close friend.

A wonderful two night stay at this charming cottage. Beautifully decorated on both floors, spotlessly clean, quiet and private surroundings - well thought out in design. If you want a chilled couple days with friends then this is the place for you. Beautiful cottage, very clean, plenty of space, lovely views, great indoor hot tub which over looks the valley. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts Serena and Marc, made it extra special buy leaving personal touches as it was my birthday ( prosecco, a card, a cake, a banner) thanks for a great weekend.

Lovely cottage and felt right at home with the dogs. Very secure and safe to let them run free. Cottage very cosy and bonus of a hot tub. Peaceful area to chill out and enjoy the scenery. Many thanks lesley and tigs we will be back with are four legged best friends 🧡 💙❤️🐕

My friend and I had a lovely, tranquil stay with our border terrier. The garden is enclosed and wonderful. The view is stunning and the house is cosy and welcomingly rustic. Great walks in the surrounding hills and by the river Towy. Llandovery is the only close by small town with all that you could need. I look forward to coming out there again.

Wren cottage was lovely warm and cosy spotlessly clean and the fresh homemade cakes were delicious, it was the perfect size for the two of us and our medium sized dog with a lovely area for him to walk and see the chickens. It is ideally situated with short drive to Narberth and Tenby and the owners lovely and welcoming there if you need them but not intrusive if you don’t. Would stay again if heading that way.

The parking is a bonus in Mumbles. The property is modern and exceptionally well appointed. Everything was provided for and taken into consideration. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Laura for your excellent immediate communications.

We stayed for a long weekend at Alboro Castle. It was beautiful and such an interesting place. Peter was there to meet us and immediately made us feel at home. Tracy had left freshly picked flowers which were just lovely. The cottage is extremely cosy and there is everything we needed including lots of logs for the burner. We cooked a couple of meals on the bbq and enjoyed the evening sun in the garden. We can recommend the Ferry Inn for food. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We had a fantastic week at Aberdar. The weather was amazing all week, so we spent our time outside enjoying the garden, orchard and stream, and sitting at the various seating areas to avoid the wind if it got too strong. We only made 3 trips away from Aberdar.. a stunning part of Wales and it was hard to put the camera down. A pleasure to drive on the pothole free roads and we hardly saw anyone apart from friendly farmers. Our anxious rescue dog was very happy enjoying the space and he was relaxed all week, as were we. Aberdar has it all.. very clean and homely, very well equipped with everything we needed, useful information file provided for guests, beautiful views and loved hearing the sheep, cows and stream. If you are tall, remember to duck when going through the doorways.. we kept forgetting! This was a very special trip for us and we will be returning!

Just spent a fantastic week at Cwtch Cottage! What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful inside, so gorgeously decorated and felt really homely! Carol was a wonderful host! She gave us lots of tips about the local area, walks etc…and was great at communicating! Fantastic location, with bus stop, fabulous cafe/shop within few steps of the cottage and only minutes walk to the sea and the town. Didn’t want to leave! Cannot wait to return! What an absolute gem of a cosy cottage. Beautiful spot, extremely clean & tidy. Quiet location but not far to drive to beaches & places of interest. Great to be able to walk to Colby Woodland Gardens.

The Cottage was a lovely, homey and peaceful place. We felt so relaxed and calm. The views were beautiful and an amazing place to watch the sunset. Chris’ recommendations were so helpful and it was so lovely of him to let us know all the places to explore and the nearby beaches. We loved our stay! We also loved the goats, they were so friendly and adorable. We petted them and fed them, it was just wonderful! We recommend this place to everyone.

Had a really restoring stay here - the cottage is very comfortable, with a comfy bed, sofa and armchair. It had everything I needed. The setting is very peaceful with beautiful sea views, a gorgeous terrace and plentiful birdsong - a real oasis. I found the lack of mobile signal a definite plus (although there is sufficient wifi speed for calls and messaging if need be). Gower itself was absolutely beautiful. The host was really friendly and helpful in responding to questions. I very much hope to be back in future!

The cottage was amazing, it was really comfortable and cozy. Maria and Alan were superb hosts and made sure the cottage has everything you need. The welcome basket was a really thoughtful touch, much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay so much, I was sad when it was time to leave. Hopefully I can return again next year.

This property is a hidden gem in a very tranquil area. The cottage's living room is large, its kitchen is fully equipped, its beds are clean and comfortable, and its bathrooms are lovely. For a family holiday, it had everything you could ask for. Simon and Charlotte were prompt in their communication. Although we were granted privacy, we were aware that we had immediate access to any assistance we needed. The experience was made even better by small additions such as freshly laid farm eggs, milk from a local dairy, and Welsh cakes that were left for us. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations
