Driftwood Cottage, Gower. A perfect beach getaway

Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Good base for and exploring the South Welsh coast. Very close to shops, takeaways, pubs. 5 mins drive to the beach. Near to railway/bus station. Situated near to Machynss Golf club/spa/Parc Trostre. Easy parking outside. Large TV. Free Wi fi. Attractive yard/garden area. Dogs welcome. Pet fee £40 per stay - extra pets £15 each.

Gills Hall Retreat

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

Llanelli Beach Sea View apartment

First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Pembrey Country Park is 10 mins drive away. Bus and Train Station easy walking distance, so much to see and do you'll wish you could stay longer. Comfortable bed settee allows for children/friends to stay. Such a peaceful and relaxing hideaway needs to be seen to be believed. Loads of local pubs and restaurants.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside.
